I keep getting a message to update my yahoo homepage extension but when I click on it it takes me to the chrome web store where there is no update. Is this some sort of scam?
I pay monthly for YAHOO PRO and I have YAHOO HOMEPAGE an MAIL on Google browser. I have had no problems for a long time and all of a sudden every time I go to YAHOO HOMEPAGE I have YAHOO asking me to be my homepage. It was already my homepage. So I click yes and it takes me to GOOGLE'S EXTENSION and I click add to GOOGLE CHROME. OK I leave there to go play games and whatever else and come back to my YAHOO HOMEPAGE and I have to go through the same stuff with the GOOGLE EXTENSION and adding the YAHOO EXTENSION again , and again, and again. I try to contact YAHOO and they do not make it easy to try and get this taken care of. I am getting ready to tell YAHOO PRO and GOOGLE TO go get sc...........ed and I have had YAHOO forever. This EXTENSION is for the birds. Thank you an yes I am POed.
This is so terrible! I wanted to play a game on chrome, but every time I tried to go into it, it took me here! I downloaded it, removed it, EVERYTHING!!! It's so annoying considering I didn't even want to BE ON THIS SITE!

I have been told that to link Google, any Google product, to yahoo! will cause a back-link to steal info/data off your PC/laptop. The security picks up the links but deals only for Google and not the customer, while the latter's identity becomes known in cyber space. How secure can the customer be with these backup products?
