What’s new in version 1.0.14?

                When browsing Internet sometimes you'd like to temporary store text data, e.g. email addresses, celebrity names, quantities, etc.  

By using TempText you save time by staying in the same browser tab, no longer needing to open notepad or other place for copy-pasting your text.

You just open the popup, paste the text, press Enter and it gets stored through the chrome sessions across multiple browser windows and devices, It also allows you to edit previously inserted text entries, copy stored text to clipboard with a single click and delete the text entries that you no longer need.            

How to install TempText?

You could download the latest version crx file or older version files and install it.

Nice, but it is rather manual. You have to click the icon and paste the info yourself. There's numerous extensions that will automate your clippings.

This a great tool that I've been looking for, but as always humans want more! I think what would make this app even better is the ability for it understand formatting; like if pasted two paragraphs with line breaks, it would understand and keep them. Great job though!
