I love this extension but i have some troubles since a few weeks, it won't work :(

I like this extension because it allows me to scroll down and read comments as I keep watching a video. It can often get buggy though, sometimes not properly reverting back to a normal video when you scroll back up to the top. I also wish there was a way to skip ads when watching in its video player. All in all, this mini video player is a convenience that I appreciate and use almost daily.

This was a great extension until a week ago. It now regularly puts a black mini screen on my youtube page when I'm not actually playing a video. Most annoying.

It's a great extension, does everything it claims to, nothing less nor nothing more... However it hasn't been working well for the past few days, when you go back up where the side window should be disappearing, it doesn't. It must be a recent bug or something, cause it didn't happen before

I love this extension! I wish there was the option to keep the subtitles on the video in the mini player though.

Much too small. Does not detect page zoom. Zero options. Lastly the window should be made drag resizable, or autodetect page zoom level, or manual resize by user defined pixel size. As is, it is a woeful user experience. Using the existing sizing buttons makes the floating window jump halfway off the screen!

I've been using it for a long time now. It's basically great, gets the job done.

The new YouTube hover to review feature is breaking this extension, author please look into it! Other than that this extension works great as I like to read comments while watching video.

If subtitles also appeared on the miniplayer it would be great :)

Great extension. Love it!

It works well and has 3 size settings Problem: It resets to full size everytime you change browser location or download bar appears, I either have to close or cclick buttons everytime to get rid of it, so I am disabling it for now..

Love the idea but it never saves the screen settings. Pin should be permanent.

I personally love this extension because I love to read comments while watching videos! however, I like to watch korean videos with english subtitles on CC feature and I see the the extension does not add CC along with the floating video. I wish to have them getting updated soon! thank you.

Thanks for this great extension. I was used to read comments while watching the video on mobile, but wasn't able to do that in PC, So this plugin is very useful. I have a suggestion : When i click those links like 14:05 in comments, can you please make it apply to the floating window so it don't get scrolled up to the original video.

I would love love love if I could somehow MOVE the comments all the way to the LEFT so that I could make the video bigger. OTherwise, a great extension

Just what I wanted.

Very useful. I got used to scrolling through comments and watching at the same time on mobile and this lets me do the same on desktop.

If i could make love to an extension and have it's babies, it's this one. 10 out of 5 stars.

This is a great tool, but it CONSTANTLY stops working. I have to remove and reinstall it to work again. Devs, would love this to be fixed. Would be a 5-star tool. Edit: Thank you for the reply. I wish I was notified! This tool stopped working again, randomly. It works great most of the time, but I can't pinpoint why or when it stops working.

Using for years. I hope there will be an update that can display captions.

A note for those who also use disable autoplay plugins - put Youtube in whitelist. I have a bit of a problem that stops the video anytime I scroll up/down, but it turns out to be due to other plugins.

but please make it so it's bigger? like it looks on mobile her ethe video box takes up the entire screen, or if you could somehow maek the video box resizable, anything that works as long as the video player/video box goes while scrolling in comments, and it's big enough

This is amazing! It works. But I think someone needs to remove the "Mini Youtube" it's really misleading

Very useful extension and probably best of its kind. There are small bugs sometimes but most of the time it works flawlessly. Deserves 5 stars.

I used this extension for a long time, then I removed it thinking I didn't need it anymore. The day after I removed it I was regretting it! I tried to find it for like 2 weeks and now I finally found it. It works very well.

Awesome! However sometimes it gets fidgety, like when I scroll down a youtube page while its still loading the video and scroll back up, the video zooms in a bit (if I set the float window size to medium) and have to scroll down and back up or even sometimes refresh the page to fix it. Another problem is that it sometimes resets the size and position of the video window and have to reset it even though I did save the position settings. Anyways, this is very useful ad despite it's bugs, I always helps me and works very well. Thank you Jilan for this awesome extension ^_^

Would be a 5 if it had the same functionality of the Youtube Picture in Picture extension, to where we could navigate away from the page and still have the video like on mobile and be able to jump back.

Works exactly as advertised. It'd be cool to have an update that just locks the video player in place when scrolling rather than putting it into a small window; that would help with videos that need to be displayed in their native resolution.

Very Cool just needs some minor tweaks.

It does the job but reason for 3 stars is because after you close your browser it does not save your settings so you have to reposition the video when you open your browser again, and also it gets a thumb down because it keeps advertising mini facebook which is getting annoying.

This was working well for me for a long time. Just recently, when I scroll at all, even a tiny bit, the main video goes black and the mini player pops up. It used to only do that when the main video was out of frame. Is there a fix? or something I'm missing?

Really useful! I've been looking for this feature for a long time. I hope youtube implements it officially in the future. Just a feedback. It would be really great if you add a toggle on/off feature for this thing, you know, in case I was watching a scary video :P
