It was great and worked like a charm. I decided to purchase the annual plan YESTERDAY and if regrets could kill, I'd be dead I'm locked out of my account having PAID for the service. It's insane, honestly. Can't log in, it says "invalid login" and I don't know what to do next. I'm considering canceling my subscription with less than a day using the service!! I want blueticks to work, but if it doesn't, there's nothing to be done about it, is it?

The app works fine, it does what it says it does and has plenty of customization options. It would be nice to have a button to send a message that missed the scheduled time (for example you didn't have the whatsapp web app running at that time).

Everything was working as it should, but then suddenly I am no longer able to schedule the sending of PDF attachments. I have a messaging process that was reliant on this, so this problem is decidedly inconvenient. It seems to be almost impossible to get a response from the company, I have tried their web form, emails. even messaging via social media - nothing! The subscription service is supposed to include product support, but I have yet to see this.

This used to be a great way to schedule WhatsApp messages. Not anymore. For the past couple of months, I've been unable to get it to work. I set up an account. Two different ones, in fact, and got the same result. When I get to the point of hitting the clock schedule button, nothing happens. Just nothing. Earlier, Blueticks didn't require an account, and the add-on worked like charm. No more.

Been using this for a while. Cool and handy extension! However, the frequent updates are messing up with the user experience. Update 4.2.2 has messed up with scheduled messages, apportioning random dates to messages that were previously scheduled. The formatting in the schedule box is also off. Also, scheduled messages used to be chronologically arranged (by date) not the case at the moment. Messages are all over the place - making it difficult to track. Can you please address this.

Today it is not working on my laptop even though i've uninstall and reinstall back still not appear and working. Im using Macbook Air. Please fix this issue ASAP. Thanks

Worked fine and was good - but has stopped. Now I can omly use WhatsAppWeb in Incognito or on Edge. Please sort this out, folks.

Disappointing. Firstly WHY is this ONLY available in PERSONAL WhatsApp when it is clearly targeted to those wanting to use it for work. Business whatsApp would make sense surely. Secondly, as MANY others have said, either App or Desktop have to be ON and ACTIVE at the time of scheduling! Surely the whole point OF scheduling is for it to send even when YOU want to switch off? Great idea, but so far poorly executed!

O que eu mais desejava era encontrar uma ferramenta de agendamento do whatsapp. Muito interessante, penso que me ajudará em parte. Problemas: 1) não enviar as mensagens com o PC fechado. 2)não funcionar no aplicativo do Whp que baixamos no PC. 3) não funcionar no Celular. Poxa: Vocês já estão na frente de muitos, contrata um developer para resolver isso!! Mesmo assim, merece 4 estrelas.

I love the new tasks management feature, sharing tasks with the group is awesome.

Scheduled WhatsApp message does not get sent if PC (on which browser session is running) is turned off, i.e. a scheduled WhatsApp message is not in the cloud, it's on your PC's Blueticks session. If PC is turned on again and you return to the Blueticks session then the time for the scheduled message is now in the past which means its an invalid time and still won't be sent.

The new task feature is amazing.

Task sharing does not work. When you click to share, it returns a message that the function is only for groups, even if I'm in a chat group.. Otherwise a great idea! Hope the team will correct the share functionality soon.

I bought it for New Year's Eve wishes and it did not work because I was not online. So no wishes were sent. What a disappointment! I have just realized that I have wasted my money. Please just refund me because this service sucks.

Not working on date 29th April 2021

Some Problems as Highlighted by the Other Users still exist (Paid Personal account) - 1. Scheduled Messages won't work, if the Whats App browser is not open. 2. The Same Scheduled Message gets reflected in other user chats as well (Might be mostly a UI Issue) 3. The Personal account does not allows you to upload a contact list of new users whom you may not want to add in your Phone Book. Asks you to upgrade to pro version. The Support is not active, have sent the email to their new bluetick support email address, no response received so far.

Unfortunately, if the computer is closed or the cellphone loses the cell signal for that exact moment, the scheduled messages will not be sent. It's absurd - all the schedulers for social media work even if the computer is closed. This should be communicated clearly before the purchase. We purchased the basic plan and then found out that it is not useful.

Great help with my WhatsApp connection with customers and when I had problems the SUPPORT was fast and nice.

This extension is not reliable. I was sitting with an open Whats App window in Chrome, watching the scheduled message to be publish on time, and it failed. 3 times. Once it worked, and I have no idea what influence this working/not working behavior.

Someboy smart said - "it's not how we make mistakes but how we correct tham that definde us"... So, these guys gives really good service and at the end, it was a super small bug which fixed. I totaly reccomened

Doesn't work with WhatsApp windows App And for the web app, once switching to the bulk view, it is stuck on a state without any chats visible.
