Unable to check/uncheck the columns in extension

Estimates of sales for .ca are grossly incorrect. Checked a dozen of listings and I personally sold much more than the estimate and I'm not along on these listings. DO NOT USE FOR .CA!

I LOVE this extension however, it has all of sudden stopped working :( and there doesn't seem to be a way to contact support. If it still works for you, enjoy it it's the best. However, if it stops working like me you may need to look for an alternative.

Somehow stopped working in mid-august. Before that was an excellent tool.

This extension was great when it actually worked. Has not worked for a long time now. There is many problem ranging from not launching at all to non of the buttons working. Im not sure if the company has moved on to something else, but it seems as if no ones is updating or fixing the problems that have been going on for months. So even though this extension is free, I would recommend to choosing a paid extension if you want one that works.

Does not work. It was up and running for less than 20 minutes. I went to click the extension...NOTHING. Pretty useless.

Not sure if this extension is down but I have installed and uninstalled several times but it still isn't working. It looks like a great extension if it was working.

It was amazing for as longed as it worked. Now it does not load any more pages, just the first one. Anyone could help me with this? I really need the tool. Thank you

Totally Amazing!

I would have given 5 stars until this happened: I cannot see rank, sales volume and estimated revenues anymore? I refreshed the cache, rebooted my computer and also reinstalled MBS Retriever and still the same problem. Anybody have similar issues with their tool?

I came across this chrome extension on youtube and added it cause it was free. It was easy to use, the data is displayed in a clear way, I love how you can flick between the images screen. All in all very intuitive and useful!

Sure I would give it 5 stars like others if i can et it to work! After searching a result, I click on the extension. As a first time user it tells me to enter an email address for verification and press continue. DONE IT 10 TIMES OVER and WITH DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESSES but won't send me an email???!

I need help. I wonder why whenever I go to pages where there are lots of products, its not showing anything and when I open single product that's the time its showing data

Good tool when connected. MBS retrievers lags and times out. You wont be able to refresh it except you remove it from extension and re-added it. The help page offers no help on troubleshooting the tool. Owners can fix these things.

I've used Jungle Scout and Helium 10 and I find MBS Retriever (as well as the rest of the MBS tools) so much more comprehensive, user-friendly and their customer service is fast and effective any time I've had a question or run into a bug. One major thing that I feel sets them apart from the other Amazon research tools I've used is the quick, easy and concise training they provide within the extension. I highly recommend using this tool!

The MBS Retriever is an excellent tool to use and find products to sell on Amazon. It is faster than the previous tool I was using and its cool features such as being able to see all the images at the same time makes it easier for me to find and/or eliminate products from the search. It makes finding Amazon products much easier. Thank you MBS Team for such an awesome tool.

You can spend countless hours researching all this information or simply use this tool and within seconds you have everything you need to analyze and make the right decisions. Hi! I'm a very non-tech savvy Mom of 3 little kids- I was a little nervous getting into selling on Amazon but willing to learn! I downloaded MBS Retriever extension and have found it very easy to use and has SO many helpful features such as being able to look at product images. Its addicting to bring up even products I'm buying myself in order to select the best product and Amazon seller that I want to purchase from! Thanks for a great tool!

I'm just getting started in this business! I had no idea there was anything like this out there to help you pick products to sell on Amazon! So far I'm very impressed. I have my product picked out and ordered samples. I even enjoy using this app to check on products I see that look interesting! It's a lot of fun!

The MBS Retriever is an awesomeextension. I like the photo feature it has. It is much easier to find the product I am looking for and delete the rest of them. It loads quick the information. It is accurate and simple to use. Thank you.

For a free extension this is great! It shows you what you need to see to find a product to sell on Amazon and gives you the gist of everything of the product. I never had any issues with this. One thing i hope they add is the things you can make the database pull up, for EX: i want to see weight of product so it shows it with the product. Also it shows how many FBA sellers sell that product which would be nice if it was reliable and more aaccurate. Im sure in a few months these small issues will be resolved and this extension will be at the top of the game.

Faster than the previous method/tool that I was using. I am relatively new to the Amazon space but over my 6 months I have invested all my free time into learning the field and researching available tools etc. I was VERY happy when this free tool came out and I have found it to be reliable, easy to use and fast!

Super easy to use! Great extension that now sits at the front of my extension list so it's easies to click on whenever I need to do research.

Loving the retriever right now 1. Great filter criteria 2. I can load over 10 amazon pages, sometimes 50! no crashing! 3.Before i knew about this, narrowing down products i wanted to launch seemed scary, and time consuming...but with mbs it took an hour to get 15 good products which i later found plenty to launch. Con: if you click out to the main window, you lose your place and have to write filter criteria over. Solution start with two tabs with the same page. overall great tool highly recommend!

Useful tool to find out top selling opportunities

Definitely the point that it's free is tops. Next to that I like the way the extension implements the filtering - allowing us to show options quickly and enter criteria. Having quick access to it in the main application window make it easier to filter only the items I'm interested in.

Amazing Tool I have used other paid tools as well - some of them are too complex for amateurs while some are just too glitchy and unreliable.. Have had very good experience with MBS so far and have already shortlisted 3 products that I will be considering to sell on Amazon. Will definitely be recommending it to peers. Wow! Free and so useful! It has helped me decide what products to buy and more importantly which ones to AVOID!

I used to use JS and still have it but i think MBS Retriever is better in three areas: 1/ it's faster, it loads the data in just a short period of time. 2/ it has an ingenious feature of showing the images of the products instead of their names so it's more practical when it comes to comparing products. 3/ i found it more accurate than JS extension in terms of data especially for the sales estimation. I would highly recommend it.

Great product for Amazon sellers -- MBS makes it easy to do product research!

It think this is a very useful tool when looking for products to sell on Amazon. You can filter out things you don't want to see which is so helpful when searching, the only thing with the filters I wish you could save your common filters. But overall it's very useful!

I love this tool. I paid for a lifetime of another tool and wish I had found this amazing tool before I had done that. This does all the the other one does and the price is an awesome deal....How does FREE sound. Now if I could only get my money back on the other tool....MBS Retriever is such a useful resource in my Amazon business. I don't know where I would be without it.

I have used MSB Retriever for selecting products to sell on line. It has a great filter criteria and can load many pages at a time. And I have not experienced any glitches or crashes. One thing I would improve upon it is to be able to take the work page and be able to move it to another screen all by itself. Currently, it is attached to the Amazon page when evaluating products. Overall great tool highly recommend!

I have been using MBS Retriever and it's currently recommended by ASM mentor. So far so good as it deliver the task properly and more important is it's FREE so it will be usefull for beginner who has a tight budget

I really like MBS retriever. I'm new to Amazon FBA but have found it easy to use and intuitive , with clear easy installation to my Google Chrome. I had a few times where it's due to my sometimes slow internet connection, that I've had to start again, but if you keep track of which page you're on you can counteract this. Overall a very good tool thanks!

It's free. It's awesome. And if you're an MBS user you get additional features as well -- all free. What you get with this tool is so valuable to Amazon product research. Now that I've used it, and reduced my product research time by a factor of at least a hundred, I can't imagine working without it. If you're an Amazon seller, get it. Did I mention it's free?
