Quick and Easy!
Better than Project Naptha. And I heard of Project Naptha first. It has way better OCR, plus it doesn't s- Oh I only did one so I don't know for sure. It doesn't do it on select, but it's still good.
good
Works, but not sure about its free limitations. And sadly there is no option to translate
It's nice since it can accurately get the text Suggestion: Please make the clipboard editable so we can edit the text before copying it
No Bangla Scan
Best Chinese OCR I have tried, works flawlessly most of the time, prefer this over Copyfish everyday. I do wish it had a button to open in google translate
Fantastic i have captured the text from a video works perfectly.
Useless. OCR result:Error Open api daily request limit reached
It has trouble reading manga panels... Specifically, I used it on a colored manga with semi-transparent word bubbles and vertical text...
This extension works really well on most images, but if the image is too zoomed out or too small, it has a hard time reading the text and numbers. Question: Will this also work on Google Chrome on the newer iPads? Hope someone can let me know. Thank you in advance!
Overall the best OCR Chrome Extension So far.
it works very well in all languages
[Edited] One and only OCR that works in store. Dev is great, there was a mistake about update app, the addon change into another, which is QR code scanner. But dev fix right after next few day when receiving email about that, awsome!!
It was OCR plugin but I don't know why they changed it to QR Code generator.
Only useful(and working) OCR on store
I've just started using this app to OCR PDFs. I am happily surprised that it does such an excellent job in comparison to other programs, in the sense that there are very few corrections I need to do. Having said that, I am using this app as an Assistive Technology tool for my daughter. The purpose of any Assistive Technology for her is to quickly be able to have access to the material needed for her schoolwork, as she already takes about three times as long as non learning disabled students. The app arbitrarily leaves out punctuation; commas, periods, dashes. Capitalization of some words is wrong. Spacing between paragraphs is not kept. The ending letters of some words, it seems at the either edge of the selection, are missing. Additionally, whole words are left at beginning of paragraphs, rarely at the end. Correcting these mistakes are an inconvenience and in the end still time consuming.
