Not showing minutes for some reason. Only hours are visible. What's the use then?
Works the way it says it does, but I wish it would let me display a different time zone.
Works well and this seems like the best option paired with the minutes extension. Others work fine but they're too tiny. This one pretty much solves that and makes the time more readable compared to others.
Would be better if you can add more ways to customize it like: -Adding a font -Full Color
Been using this (hours) and the minutes extension for years now. When I open a browser without it, I automatically feel like something really important is missing! <3
Its only showing hours in the extension bar. The minutes are missing. Is this expected?
simple, all i needed
It is not correct. I'm very dissapointed
Please add an ability to turn off the dots
On Opera it only shows the Hour
Simple and solid. Have been using this and the minutes extension happily for many years.
Tommy. I hope he can made just a day and the month we are now indicating in Chrome extension.
But can we make it just a littie bigger?
It's... ok.. But you said 24 hour support, and that's what I paid for! Yet I called and emailed you throughout the night and no response! RUDE! - Adoring fan
Exactly what i needed to use everything on fullscreen.
its almost what i need, the only thing its not perfect for me - space is needed following the "hour" digit.
I need to able to adjust the hours based on time zones. I live in AZ but I contact the east coast frequently, I need to be able to look quickly and determine what time it is to see which vendors or clients are closed or open. Please add this option. Also, I find it odd that you can't have the hours and minutes together in one extension...
would be nice to remove the : symbol as there's no way for you to centre it due to the limitations with chrome
Perfect if you use both - Just the Hours and Just the Minutes side by side - bold display , easy to see, simple, does the job. Just what I wanted.
Thank you for this extension, a no-fuss, practical solution to keep an eye on time. Highly recommended.
Loved it
Hi, with the new (STUPID) rounded-everything DOWNGRADE to Google Chrome by, Google no less, the Just a Clock - the Hours Extension only shows a circle with the 2-digit Hour, then you need to click the circle, and get the 2-digit Minutes. LAME. I expected to have a 4-digit format with a box (eew please not a "pill/oval") with 2-digits for the Hour, a colon ":" seperator, 2-digits for the Minutes (and how about adding 2-numerals for am or pm, with the option of lowercase am, pm, and UPPERCASE AM, PM) ?? Total of 2-digits space colon space 2-digits space 2-letters
Now I'm waiting eagerly for Just a Date!
THIS IS EPIC GUYS THERES A CLOCK IN MY WEB EXTENSIONS! Thats a joke, but it does work even tho it needs the minutes but its good.
This extension is great, it lets you show a clock (this one does hours, a sister extension does minutes) and you can customize it how you like. This is great and works like a charm. Do you have another one that shows today's date?
Just what I needed!
The minutes are a bit far from the hours, is there are reason there are two extensions just curious.
Very good idea.
Too much memory consumption (140000k for the hours + 140000k for the minutes), constantly!
pretty good, I wish you could have it spaced closer together, I realize it has to do with toolbar real estate, but very nice.
nice. and wishfully, add timer ability ? I think most people use this app also want a timer for time management.
Simple. Does the job. More customization options would be welcome. Thank to the dev.
Happy to have found this, I was looking for a floating clock that I can keep in the corner and move if I need the corner (like Skype behaves iirc) with the time displayed two or three times the size of this extension's display, but this is just fine, even better. NOW - can you make an extension "Just The Date"?
Make sure you also download Just a Clock -the Minutes
just a clock and just what I wanted.
Unfortunately it's not working - I use linux mint, and the app just shows 12:00 without ever changing. It worked when I had it on another computer - any idea what could be the cause?
Thanks this is all I wanted, other extensions are too hard to read or much heavier than they need to be. One question, why are the hours and minutes separated into two apps? Would have been 5 stars otherwise. UPDATE: Changed to 5 stars, I realized the creator did two separate apps because google only allows a small space for extensions in the chrome interface, and separating it into two extensions allows for much larger numbers that can be read without reading glasses.
Love it.
I like it a ton, but there is only one problem. IT DOESN'T GO WITH MY THEME :(. I have a dark theme, so I can't see it. :( Really good extension though!
Oh baby you, you got what I need. Cuz you say you're "Just a Clock" cuz you say you're "Just a Clock". Anyways, awesome extension. Super simple as well. Make sure to download The hours and the minutes to make it look nice. :)
The developer totally looks at these to make sure everything works for everyone. Hi Marc!
Great extension! I love it :D
Fantastic, a must have on Mac when working with Chrome full-screen.
genius! finally a readable clock, best clock for chrome by miles!!
it doesn't show the whole thing?
BEST CLOCK EVER!
VERY UNIQUE VERY HELPFUL
simple, and where i need it. ty
Thank you for a great and useful extension.
I'm installing this on all my chrome instances!
Someone finally figured out the right way to display a readable clock as a Chrome extension. Kudos for not asking for needless permissions.
It's not working from a long time and i don't see anyone to fix it.
is it just me or it just stopped working
Exactly what I want!
Great feature to have in a browser!
great little extension - very useful in full screen browsing version 0.89 now working in Chrome 28 excellent support from +Marc Greenberg
This has been broken since upgrading to Chrome 28 beta. Before that, it was excellent. The minutes still work, but the hour is stuck on 12. Still given it 5 stars, because I'm hoping that you fix it! <<< It works again! EXCELLENT!
Good but I think no need ":" after hour
Minimalism at its best and it works!
Embee, any chance you'll do a "Just a Date" extension that's similar?
I installed for the hourly notification. Works as described, thanks! Any chance you could make the notification stay on screen until closed by the user?
Now that I'm using Mac OS Lion's fullscreen modes so much, it's nice to not have to sweep my mouse to the top of the screen to see the time. Thanks for this! Hope the Chrome team eventually adds a Chrome OS style clock on the level of the tab bar... guessing an extension can't do that.
