I do understand the occasional "bad rep" that Zoho has, the company started with a CRM, and has added ~40+ other major product lines, products that other people have built an entire business around ONLY doing (Zoom Meetings/GoTo) and Zoho STILL manages to do an excellent job at it. Zoho ONE is probably the best single deal currently available to the SMB marketplace, and even if I didn't run a company, I'd still keep a subscription to it, because I use the apps professionally and personally all the time. I will say that the call-in aspect needed to be improved last time we used it, and we have not gone back to that feature after being disappointed before, but I'm still going 5-Stars, because the core screen share/collaboration function is stellar.
when we move the cursor it takes long time for the actual movement in the remote PC
Doesn't seem to do anything and there are no instructions as to how it would work. Edit: Now Woks as intended. Easy to start a Session right from within Chrome. Easy to setup Meetings/Webinars. Still find the phones dodgy - but works nicely via PC headset.
It's simple and easy to use but does not allow you to make an attendee a presenter so they can share their screen.
