Mint changed their UI and this no longer works at all, non functional. pls confirm.
Love this extension. So glad it's getting updates again. YEAAAAHHH Give this man some BTC.
Doesn't work. They've been happily collecting my money for years, but haven't updated it in at least two years. It doesn't seem to work at all anymore.
not working anymore
Used to work well, but became inconsistent / wonky when they moved to a subscription-based model. I've had it disabled every since.
this does not work anymore. i was trying out the free version and the sort option does not even show!
I love this extension. Mint is a great product, but it has a lot of functionality gaps that are frustrating. This extension works toward filling some of the frustrating UI gaps, and it appears to be done fairly elegantly. I would give 5 stars if I could just buy it. Charge me $5. Charge me another $5 to upgrade whenever you have meaningful feature upgrades Make it $10... Make it $20 or $49.99 if its good enough...I dont care... ...just for the love of God and all that is holy... don't make me track another subscription that I will forget and continue paying long after I stop using it... long after Mint is gone... long after humanity has been reduced to scavenging post-apocalyptic ruins for food scraps... I will realize my card is still being charged. Another unseen friction in my life like barnacles on the bottom of a boat slowing its glide. its like you cant buy a dang toaster without a subscription model to track. Maybe add another feature to your extension to track unused extension fees? I get the model. If I had a software company, i would try to convert unpredictable license revenues to predictable and growing income streams that maintain despite my ability to maintain a pace of annual feature adds in hopes of upgrade fees... BUT... this is a small extension. Its more like a toaster than a car... so maybe the purchase model can reflect that?
Love love this extension. It is so helpful and so useful. It is amazing to be able to add in notes and categorize mint just the way I need to.
Mainly used the date range feature, but not worth current high cost. Maybe $1 one time. Now use Mint Date Range which isn't as good, but not monthly charge (I have no connection with either). Value for money for all features = 1-2 stars. For a free or low cost purchase it was a 4 or 5 stars, but not worth $12/year for something use a few times a month. For example, Lastpass mobile was $12/year and it is something people use 2-50x/day. That was a good value for money.
Awesome work. I probably won't purchase the subscription, but after taking a look at the trial I really think you did a phenomenal job!
Since the changeover to paid extension, it is not worth the cost. Might be worth, at most, a one-time 99 cents for the timeout override.
Stop with the entitlement attitude and give the guy a break... He's just trying to make a little scratch for his hard and worthy work. If you don't want to pay a subscription fee, that's fine. Either buy Cuba Libre or go back to a less functional Mint, but don't trash the guy's ratings out of spite.
Great app that adds really nice quality of life improvements to mint. Would highly recommend! $1/mo is kind of high for me, but I'd say the $3 Cuba Libre version of this is actually worth it.
Unnecessary subscription model introduced.
I was a huge fan of Mojito but the latest change in the business model made me really sad, I would have liked to pay a one time fee instead. Not sure if it's worth the money.
Not worth the new monthly subscription. Hard pass.
Taking away features, just to charge to get them back, is a terrible practice. No thanks.
Love the extension. Not sure I'll do the monthly subscription or the one-time purchase of Cuba Libre, but I wanted to express my appreciation for the hard work put into it given all the recent one-star ratings, all of which are based on having to pay. Hate to see the rating of an otherwise outstanding extension get trashed over this.
$12/year for minor tweaks after being free? nope
sorry but charge monthly is a HORRIBLE idea. I know you have a one payment option but it should be this one.
I agree with everyone else. Subscription = BAD. One time fee for 'Pro' features would have been a lot better. Great app otherwise
Taking away features that used to be free and hiding them behind a monthly subscription? Sorry, not cool.
Loved it. Would pay one-time fee, but a subscription is ridiculous. No notification or anything. Just stopped working. Shame on you. Bye.
monthly subscription for this? no thanks.
Quit working, now is a monthly fee for features that used to be free.
I'd sooner stop using Mint than pay a monthly subscription for this.
Been using this for a year. Now it's moved to a subscription model and doesn't work any longer. The free version is supposed to do something but it seems to be doing nothing.
A subscription model? LOL
I'm all for supporting developers but $12/year for minor improvements to a free service is over the top. A one-time charge of $1 or maybe $1/year would be reasonable.
Was great until the cash grab
So, you want me to pay a monthly subscription for an extension that makes a free service a bit easier to use? As a previous user mentioned, I hope this is some sort of sick Christmas prank. Obviously prior to this "change", this would have been a 5/5 review with no hesitation. Hope you switch back to free before your average rating drops to 2 stars....
Used to love the extension, this will be an uninstall now that the new MONTHLY fee has been added.
I absolutely LOVED this extension but having "Expired" as if I was using a Trial suddenly appear is extremely disappointing. Would have been higher rating if the obvious greed wasn't present. EVERYTHING that mint does is free. I'll pay for Mint before I pay for this EXTENSION.
$1/month with no warning? Lame
I did like it, but don't want to pay. A dollar a month isn't bad, I just don't use mint for anything other than a quick view of all my accounts. This does make it better so I can see transactions, but it's not a big enough draw to give money. I get the charging, if you don't value your work, then no one will. Good Luck.
I re-added this extension just so I could give it a 1 star rating for trying to charge a monthly fee to slightly enhance a totally free website.
This isn't worth a $0.99 monthly subscription model. Maybe $0.99 or $1.99 flat fee or donation based licensing.
Wonderful! Donated to support the cause. Thanks for the enormous service you are doing this horrific interface. [edit]: sheesh guys, where else in the world does a skilled person put hundreds of hours into something to have their product skewered in reviews for charging a DOLLAR/month to supply all features instead of only the crucial features for free
New permissions to track your browsing history. Goodbye Mojito!
Mojito went from free to a monthly subscription, and in the process gutted all the features that made it useful for its free users. As much as I loved Mojito and its quality of life improvements, the way they handled pricing is outrageous.
This was a 5/5 100% until the recent update now looking for $0.99 per month for the service. It's really unclear what this subscription offers me. One-time fee? Maybe. Subscription for a chrome extension like this? no thanks.
Poor decision to charge for functionality. I'd rather donate then use as a service. Otherwise would have been a 5/5 review. Good luck with this.
Great decision to turn a 100% free extension into a $0.99 a month service. Was a wonderful extension with great QoL improvements up until this point. Hopefully the developer changes their mind.
Used to work. Now (v 1.56) date filtering is not working.
LOVE THIS EXTENSION!
This extension is a great add on to mint.com. Would love to see the addition of running balances to accounts, something that has been pending for some time from mint.com
OMG thank you so much! This adds and fixes so many issues I've had with mint.
Improvements Mint should be making but they don't. So thank you!
Makes the Mint UI 100% better. I love it.
Amazing. Must have for Mint users!
Exactly what Mint should be! Fixes the annoying sort order of accounts, lets you clean-up the main page, and adds easy date-range filters on transactions. Perfect!
I just discovered this extension and all I can say is OMG! I love Mint.com but I hate the UI. This extension totally changed my Mint.com experience, customizing the UI in a way that is MUCH, MUCH less cluttered! I hope the developer continues
very nice enhancements for MINT
how mint should be.
I would like to see the payment method on the home page with the transactions. Or am I missing something. Love the extension
Excellent. These are the kinds of things that users would expect from "upgrades" in most programs. But as long as Intuit refuses to support Mint, it is left to extensions like this one to try to fill in the blanks. Keep it up. The Mint community needs something like this.
Really cleans up the Mint interface. Mint should be like this by default. Only problem is that it seems to crash when share something to facebook with a sites facebook icon.
I love mint and I think this is a great idea but for some reason it isn't appearing in my toolbar...
Just downloaded it. So far the features I've found are mostly just visual, which is helpful; but I was hoping for more. One thing I am really looking for is being able to download all transactions WITH account balances so I can do my own data manipulation in excel. Any chance of seeing that in the future?
This makes mint what it should be. Hide all the things you don't care about, and disable the timeout so you are logged in all day. Works great on Chrome OS too.
Thanks for the update!
Super helpful plugin!
Good extension however the sorting does not seem to work under Investments.(Update: Sorting under Investments fixed! Thank you.)
Thank you for fixing pretty much all of my complaints with Mint! This extension is great.
Great add-on for Mint power users! Great feature add would be to allow manual drag-n-drop positioning of accounts on left-hand side in Transactions screen.
Finally I can sort my accounts!
Great extension! Hope you keep adding useful tweaks, as I've given up on waiting for Intuit to fix anything.
Such a great extension. This is the way Mint should be!
So glad this exists, makes Mint a world more usable and friendly as a dashboard. Nicely done!
Great app.
I like the additional transaction filtering, but the part that remembers which sections of the Overview page I set to be hidden seems to be broken (my preferences aren't saved).
Great. This is one of those perfect tools that does exactly what you want in a most simple and straightforward way.
Man alive, this is great. All I really wanted was to sort my accounts by balance, but the other stuff is just gravy.
Excellent, thanks!
Great work! Works great.
Amazing, thank you!
Kudos. Saved the day.
Dude sweet! You the man! This thing rocks and does more than the original. Hiding $0 accounts is pretty awesome.
AMAZING!! Thanks for making mint more usable and doing their job for them.
Fantastic! Thank you for this extension.
