It doesn't even work anymore...

I had no problem using it in Chrome (3/16/23). I was able to figure out that a vague 1 star review on our etsy shop was because the person did not read the description and was expecting a different type of product (epoxy, but she bought sublimation). It doesn't remove the review, but I am glad to have this feature to be on the lookout for future buyers!

does not work any longer - updated chrome etc but still has not worked since mid feb bummer it was good when it lasted.

It was really useful, but it doens't work any more.

Please fix the software!

Used to be helpful but then it just stopped working for no reason. I updated Chrome thinking that might be why, didn't work. I removed the extension and redownloaded it, still didn't work. Waste of time if it isn't going to show me anything.

This has been a godsend for me. I have cancelled and refunded buyers when I see they are a serial negative reviewer or possibly a scammer. It's not working in Chrome lately though.

It works sometimes. I often have to remove it and re-add it for it to work.

This Extension is amazing! I have used this for a couple years now. The headaches it has saved me, can't give enough thanks! A HUGE THANK YOU! Small businesses have it so rough right now. Karens expect Amazon speediness and to have the item for free. Entitlement is on 11 since the pando started. Thank you for creating something for us to have a little defense. It would be great if we could rate customers as they do us. Until then Karen checker it is!

24th Jan - not working, even after restarts, cookies cleared, updated chrome etc. A shame because the website is good, but sucks to use for every sale.

Nice tool! At first it didn't work, but after Chrome restart and some time waiting it works as promised. Could be useful

We've been sharing this in our Etsy seller groups and are so happy to have this feature. I have recently installed the Chrome browser so I don't forget to check. It just pops up. It even shows up in convos now so I can steer a "Karen" away from a purchase. Thank you so much for this gem!

This was amazing.... but recently doesn't work at all in Chrome, I have to open the website and check all customers. Such a shame and making it less efficient.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This app is what we needed as sellers. It would be a raving 5* if it wasn't that the bar extension sometimes works and other times doesn't. I find that most of the time closing the browser and opening it again works but not all the time

Love it! Absolutely awesome app! I am so grateful as from now on I will cancel orders from people who have left only negative. too bad there are those but this app will for sure make it so much easier to keep my shop on track. Thank you1

Unfortunately, it seems to have stopped working. I'm sad because this was such a great asset for my business. I appreciate the time it was working though.

Best thing I have ever seen, this is so very helpful, you can gain an insight into the type of customer you are dealing with prior to fulfilling their order.

BEST EXTENSTION EVER!

Absolute god-send when a message about a problem comes in and you can tell just how carefully to tread with a quick Karen Check! Lots of red, time to sound like a total robot and give them absolutely nothing but helpful answers. Lots of green, you can be a bit more human and chatty with the customer without fear of something being taken wildly out of context. 10/10 extension for Etsy sellers <3

I love being able to get a glimpse of new client's past reviews. I don't obsess over somebody's reviews but this reassurance is so nice. I love that this is simple and quick to use

Only download and fired up in the last 15 mins - but already found of use and 1 order cancelled because it showed a serial 1* Karen in my recent orders. Wonderful! Great job!

Love this! Helps weed out potential Karens before they can make too big of a problem.

You have saved the day for us sellers who are barely getting by during this covid stuff. Im so grateful & as soon as I can afford it I'll be sending you money. I have a crazy lady who bought items 3 times & lied each time & refused to send me photos of her made up damage. She said she threw it in the trash so she could not send photos but she wanted all of her money back even though she trashed it. Now, I can prevent selling to her thank you!!! She's an antiques dealer & poet. I wish these people cared that some sellers are really hurting right now. BUT, I looked up a Karen today who left someone a negative review but it does not show up on her results only her positive ones show. So is there a flaw maybe? I spelled her name correctly, it was simple. I wish I had a role model like you growing up because I would have become a programmer. I regret listening to negative people & thinking women can't do that tech stuff! Wishing you well!! : )

It would be amazing if sellers could leave notes on the karen check page, like a seller review for the buyer. I just had a person say there was part of an order missing when I know it wasn't. She has all positive reviews on her karen check with no feedback left. So its hard to tell if she's a serial scammer or not since she hasn't been leaving any comments in her own reviews. It would be nice to have an note section for circumstances like this one where a seller could note that the buyer claimed missing items or other issues a seller might have with a weird buyer.

Love this!!! Thank you so much. This extension is amazing. The Karen check website is amazing, but it's only helpful when you think to use it. This completely solves that problem & lets you know if you might have a difficult customer right from the start so you can handle it accordingly. Thank you so much!!!

Much needed at this time of a Karen-itis epidemic on Etsy. Especially when there is no way to see their past review history. Lets me know if a buyer is a PITA before I accept the order! I only wish we could see their "score" before they buy, (name only doesn't work) ,and also the items they are talking about in the reviews. Since so many don't even read the listings, where it might have mentioned their issue up front.
