It's useless if you don't mix the audio of the input (of the actual song and the voice of the person singing) in the output, just my experience.
Why is this useful? It just plays YouTube videos. It doesn't mix your microphone input to the audio output. You might as well just sing along to YouTube. Utterly useless.
