Main features:
* In the upper right corner, clicking on lock icon can lock/unlock current background. Once locked, the background will be used for any new tab. When unlocked, a random background will shown in every new tab.
* In the lower right corner, clicking on rotation icon can switch to new background, without leaving current tab.
