This extension lets you export Zillow property listings directly from your browser for free. You can choose to save the property listings in a CSV or XLSX(Excel format) file. ? What kind of listings can you export? You can export 4 types of listings: - properties for sale - properties for rent - sold properties - saved/favourite properties Simply navigate to the page where the listings are located and use the drop down in the search bar on Zillow to select the type of properties to view. Then click the export button. ❓ What kind of file formats are supported? The extension can export listings to CSV and XLSX(Excel format). ? How many property listings can I export? You can export 40 listings at a time on the free plan. If your search results contain more than 40 listings, you will need to navigate to each page and click the export button each time. For example, if you have a search that gives you 3 pages of results, you can export the first page, then navigate to page 2, export those listings and then navigate to page 3 and export the final property listings. That should give you either 3 CSV or 3 Excel files which then can be combined based on your own needs. This is not a bug. ? Is there a paid version of the extension with better features? Yes. There is a paid plan that is currently in a beta phase. During the beta phase, new features will be added on a weekly basis until completion of all the features. Expect bugs and missing features during the beta phase. I thank you for your patience while I work on fixing the issues. With the paid plan, you are able to: - export up to 800 listings at a time. - choose which columns you want to export to avoid polluting your CSV or Excel files with unwanted data. - remove empty columns from your exported files to keep the clutter to the minimum - export property listings to Google Sheets ?️ Which websites are supported? - zillow.com only hence the name. ? How can I contact the team for feedback or support? Does what it says, and does it well! Helped my brother out with his marketing job a lot.
Yann, Good job with this. It would support more analysis use cases if it scraped more info. Specifically, zestimate, and rentZestimate
As a *FREE* tool, this extension has been incredible for scraping data for one to several hundred homes. As of now, this is not a tool for scraping thousands or tens of thousands of listings (companies pay big money for that..!). Yann has been quick in fixing bugs / resolving problems. I highly recommend this Chrome extension for those who are willing to build their own Excel tools and need to pair it with a scraping tool that can pull Zillow listing data one page at a time. In terms of scraping data, I scrape each page separately (~40 listings per results page) and this takes only 5-10 seconds per page, open that scraped data up, copy & paste values into my pre-built Excel tool, and then pull the next results page's listings. This works super well for me, as I'm only looking at 1-300 results at a time after I've screened my results within Zillow. Again, this is a FREE tool. Yann has saved me hundreds of hours. Extremely thankful for this tool's primary purpose and highly recommend. 5/5 stars.
