Honestly..I've been thinking about building something like this for years. Integration/imports from LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram are unparalelled. Love the map view.
I've been looking for Dex...forever! I'm glad someone finally built it. I depend extensively on personal relationships to grow my business. Dex allows me to stay in touch with and informed about the people I care about. I've been struggling for years with keeping track of my Linkedin contacts...with Dex I get a daily update about what's going on and the tools to do something about it. Dex has become part of my professional toolbox.
This is exactly what I was looking for to gather all the information about contacts.
Used CRM for decades, just started using Dex, simplifies who to contact today and tomorrow. Have a record of past conversations. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to strengthen their personal and professional relationships. Great extension.
Best personal CRM solution! I have used the alternative, Clay, for quite a while. It is a pretty little app but has tons of bugs in basic functionalities like data import. Experience with Dex has been smooth!

I've been using DEX for about 3 weeks now and it's so convenient! I love that I can "can" the spreadsheet and have this view for adding notes and keeping track of my network connections. It's just so convenient. Great job in creating this tool!

I've been looking for something like Dex for a long time. It's still a little rough around the edges, but it does exactly what I need, and overall I'm very happy with it. I paid for Pro almost immediately.
Been using Dex for only a bit over a month, and it's already saved my butt a couple times! I tried a few of these services, and this is the best onboarding experience of them. It took maybe half an hour to get all my phone contacts, Google contacts, and LinkedIn contacts synced. It quickly picked up on my emails and calendar invites with people. The method to set up contact reminder frequencies was blazingly and incredibly quick, and actually a little fun. It is easy to fix mistakes and clean/merge records. It did everything I needed and then a little bit more. It really came in handy when a reminder came up and I realized I had left an old colleague hanging on lunch plans! I'm going to continue to use Dex, because the syncing + management + reminder system is flawless and what I need to be a little more on-the-ball with keeping up relationships. Developments also seem to come in regularly (at least monthly!) so I can look forward to some good new features in the future!

I love this. I've been looking for something like DEX for a long time and it's perfect for me to keep track of podcast guests, event managers, friends and so much more. It's solid gold. Went pro right away. If I could do six stars I would.
Implementing Dex after reviewing several alternative. Loving the interface on the App and Desktop. Dex is developing fast and listening to users. Dex helps me manage my network better.

Dex is amazing. Such an user friendly way to keep my network organised. The chrome extension allows you to easily find and link contacts. I can't wait to use Dex to re organise my contacts and keep in touch with those important relationships.

I have been experiencing problems ( so far I haven't been able to add a single person) with the extension. App is fine but nothing I can't do with my address book on my phone I probably should only give the extension a single star, but I remain optimistic that things will improve....
wants to read ALL browsing history...ALL facebook pages...ALL gmail emails...ALL twitter links...ALL linkedin page...ALL messenger messages...get out of here, might as well be spyware from russia
These guys have build an amazing product. This is exactly what I needed, to grow my personal network and maintain it.
Rating for the extension specifically -- Note you need to be using Dex (Premium) to properly take advantage. Does a smooth job of two main missions: * Helps import data from websites that want to hide your social graph from you * Allow you to engage with Dex / bring in more data to Dex as you use common web apps The first is very valuable -- LinkedIn and Facebook don't really want you to export your data, this helps. Once you've done your import, the second is valuable -- you're browsing LinkedIn, want to add someone to Dex to set a reminder to catch coffee, etc., and it makes that pretty easy to do. I'd like Dex itself to get smarter -- today it shines as a central contact manager, but can do more to be a smart relationship assistant -- but this is a well made extension that I'm sure they'll continue to extend. Team was responsive and I know working to keep adding features.
I'm loving this extension and more specifically the Dex product for my personal CRM needs. It's helping me curate and keep connected with my network - which leads to me making more in network connections increasing my value as a node. Thanks to the team for giving us this great tooling!
Fantastic product and platform. I've tested many of the competitors out there but none of them had the functionality that I needed or were at a state that was usable so I had to create my own CRM to track my contacts. The moment I got on the Dex platform, I knew they were ready for primetime. Kevin cares deeply for the user experience and is constantly learning about how Dex can be better - the current suite of features should be sufficient for most users, and I'm looking forward to seeing this evolve further. The extension works with gmail, superhuman, twitter, linkedin, facebook, and instagram and allows you to track your contacts and interactions from those platforms.

Really great product with lots of potential. San Francisco-based and YC funded, so the standards are high. For me, the LinkedIn import is giving some errors. But they are really early on in their company lifecycle so a few bugs are to be expected. I'm really excited about this product though, because I've been looking for something like this to help manage my personal relationships for years.
Great extension, integrates pretty seamlessly--very smooth UI/UX when I'm on LinkedIn or Facebook. Would highly recommend to any friend or colleague who (like myself!) wants to see and catch up with friends but often forgets to reach out.
