The 30 second wait thing to 'prepare the environment' is annoying. I uploaded a file w/prolly no privacy to gosh only knows what. I had hoped to import a CSV into Excel, but wasn't seeing a way to do it.

It does a good job, For me, it save a lot from using MSO 365.
Loading takes 30 seconds. Then again it re-loading another 30 seconds. Sometimes it will goes on again and again reloading. After tried to use it many times, its wasting time and disaster. It cannot open a simple excel, doc or any file. Too much advertisement everywhere. This only useless for creating new documents and not view online or offline.
There was so many ads and it didn't even look like word.

It doesn't have the features i wanted and takes a really long time to load. Plus, it doesn't even really look like Word, Powerpoint and Excel. I was disappointed, no offense to the creator.
