This isn't working post chrome update. Please add support to latest version of chrome.
Doesn't work. The button is greyed out and clicking on it takes me to the extension in the google webstore. There is no USE XHR anywhere - you can't get to a page at all - it just keeps taking me ot the extension page int he app store which says i've installed it. ARGH!!!

The ARC seems to have removed support for this. It is no longer possible to toggle the cookie exchange anywhere

Works great for me. The only concern I have is that neither "Use XHR", nor "cookie exchange" seem to be explanatory names for the feature. "Use (existing) browser cookies" probably would have hinted me in the right direction.

Works perfectly, just have to have the ARC extension/app and check 'Use XHR' as others have mentioned. Allowed me to easily use my logged in Office 365 account to access SharePoint Online APIs, thanks guys!
