This used to work great, but is now very broken in Google Calendar.

Does not work for the Chrome Web Store page (aka Chrome .google .com). The Chrome Web Store is a localized Google domain and is a Google Product. I honestly don't need a dark theme for the other google sites as Google has already released their own dark mode for those sites. Please find a way to apply dark mode to the Chrome Web Store page as it's is WAY TOO BRIGHT! Thank you.

The links color is not working anymore. The links will now use the main font color instead of the dedicated links color setting. Using google now is highly annoying.

Finally google themselves have added a dark mode, this extension basically is just for color customizing now

This is only for Search :( Please add the Google Cloud Platform Console pagers to duck mode.

I like the ease of customisation, and the defaults do a good job. That said, I believe there needs to be an option to disable the extension for google search (just like there is one for all other affected URLs), because Google rolled out a built-in dark theme for search results, which I would argue has a better color pallet. I ended up copying Google's own colors into this extension, as I still want to keep it for Google Translate. And a small pet peeve: picking colors with a hex code instead of RGB values would be a bit easier.

Absolutely great. Unlike other extensions which will do a bad job at inverting the colours on the a page, this extension injects custom CSS that the author has written. I am just amazed by how many Google services this extension works for. The reason why this is 100% 5 stars from me is that it has an option to add your own CSS. This makes it extremely easy to update and even customise any page on Google. I've been looking for an extension that does this for about 2 years. Unless it somehow gets totally broken, I won't be using anything else.

A fantastic solution that works well for me with a certain subset of Google products services I use frequently (Search, Translate, Photos), but is completely worthless for a bunch that are equally or more important to me (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive - basically the entire G Suite).

One of the better dark extensions in the web store, but it doesn't support Google Drive unfortunately. It would be perfect if it did that!

Have you been endlessly looking for a ACTUALLY GOOD dark mode for google search. You know how duckduckgo has a built in dark mode and wish you could have that for google? Happy to report your search is over, this is it. It looks good on search, images and translations (which are my most used at least) A lot of work has been put in to making this work reliably, most global dark extensions will screw up in some places, but this one just works so well i had almost forgotten it. Highly recommend ?

Custom CSS rules dasnt work after update 15 February.

FINALLY! A dark mode for Google search that does actually work and not half work, sorta, but 50% is blacked out... it actually works. Thank you, I will report any issues to try to help. Just be aware this is the only *fully working (as far I can tell so far) dark mode for Google search, I've tried dozens and dozens but they're all half baked.

Looks terrible. The link and text colors look awful.

OMG it is just a battery and eye slight saver! You can costumize anything like selections colour text colour and lots of thing, check it out on your own. Thank you for the creators! LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

Google is to outdated it design comes from late '90s. this extension just works well for me, specially in night.

Just stopped working out of nowhere. Clicking on the extension icon doesn't even do anything now.

Great Extension that adds something that should already be there. Only downside is that the Google Doodles are also Inverted in color.

By far and out of all the dark themes out there that I've tried, seems like this dark theme extension gives me the most complete dark theme ever.... And importantly, the CSS style doesn't mess up and provides a comfortable color integration, unlike others. I've been using this dark theme for all of my chrome browser since roughly around last year and will still using it. A side note, seems like this dark theme is not at the top of the search and I had to search it with the exact name along it's creator name.

unfortunatly for me it does not work at all. nothing in dark mode, except when I log in and then nothing. weither I'm logged or not in google, it is still not in dark mode.

Extension is now broken, google will start dark but scrolling down will become white, just like google image, dark at first but white once you pass the scolling start of the page.

Looks weird, some colors feel off and theres a kind of low quality feel to it

There's an error about Background color and Background light color the Background light color does not work and the Background color works but controls Background light color, can you fix this?

Great, except that it inverts colors of images/pictures under the "Sponsored" section of search results, which is not acceptable, because you don't get to see the images/pictures in their natural colors. To see what I mean, turn off your adblocker and do a google search for "sunglasses" or "pc monitor" or "bicycle" and turn the theme on and off a couple of times and notice the difference in the picture colors under the "Sponsored" section. This is unfortunate because whenever you are doing any online shopping for anything you have to turn off the dark theme to be able to see the images/pictures in their natural, unaltered colors. Interestingly enough, this problem does not occur when you are doing an "Images" search, the problem only appears when doing a regular "All" search under the "Sponsored" section.

I tried a few other Google News dark themes, and none had a natural Google-like textural feel like this one, looks like it could have been authentically Google. Highly recommended!

Exactly what I was looking for, awesome!

It interferes when I want to look at sports scores, bus/plane tickets or any google extension that is opened when you press the expand arrow. It just overwrites on top of you current search screen making it impossible to read anything and forcing you to close the tab.

Legit just works and you can even change the link colour too. Highly recommended.

I rate 0/10 but unfortunately I can only go as low as 1/5 since its LITERAL only job is to make google search darker and not mess up the layout while doing so, and it fails. Why does it exist? google "15 minute timer" and this extension fudges up the whole layout.

If you could fix the way it messes up Google Maps, it would be perfect!

This extension interferes with your encrypted connection with Google (HTTPS is unsecured). Why do you need to get in the middle of my connection? There are tons of other dark theme extensions that change darken websites without interfering with HTTPS.
