Wonderful tool that automatically adds a BCC recipient to every email that I send from my Gmail account. This extension is useful for me and my business who needs to keep a record of our sent emails. I can also customize the BCC recipient for each email, and the extension runs silently in the background, without requiring any additional action from me.

Works perfectly, until they decide to put a pop up after every email saying "that pop up is annoying? pay $100 per year to remove it" without offering any value for the premium subscription. Looking for an alternative bcc option.

It works. Of course it is not free but it is fast and reliable. No complaints.

Seems to be the only auto bcc extension in chrome store which works. And... it not free for Salesforce :( But at least cloudHQ is keeping it up to date to Gmail changes.

Once setting up a BCC or CC email it will always re-add it again however I try to delete them, in short It is impossible to delete the BCC address in the regular receivers field once you add it in options.

Really easy to set up. Works just like it says: I use it to BCC to salesforce.

I love how cloudHQ keeps up with Gmail updates. I can rely on them - so it is worth an upgrade. For example, as of Oct 29th, this is the only extension that works with a new Gmail composer. Other extensions are free, but they do not work. And it takes them months to get fixed: you get what you pay for.

Hello - I used to very much enjoy this extension, it worked perfectly for what I need. However, now it has stopped working. It will no longer automatically CC the address I had set up in the settings. I am not sure what happened as it used to be perfect. Hoping something gets fixed.

My auto Bcc stopped working! I really like this plug in and it makes it so easy to connect with our CRM. Sadly it stopped working today after the update. Please fix it.

Excellent AutoBCC extension. BTW, you do need to pay for it if you are BCC'ing to salesforce.

Excellent little tool to setup auto bcc / cc rules. Quite useful: I like also the admin view (so that IT admin can control BCC settings for all users).

Excellent system for auto bcc. All my co-workers are using it too. I also like the admin console for admins to control employees BCC settings.

This fixes a major shortcoming with Google groups. We have a support address the groups that's sent to multiple inboxes. If one of us responds to a customer there's no way for the others to know. This auto BCCs the team to avoid that,

The cloud HQ icon needs to be on the right toolbar, not on the top toolbar. Also, the pop up is really annoying.

Pop up everytime email is sent asking you to upgrade to premium version. Uninstalling - rather do without.

Great functionality. I use G Suite with multiple address and HATE the fact however i need to upgrade to utilize other emails on the same account. That's just dumb.

Thank you! I kept forgetting to copy my wife on emails to our kids' teachers, and she'd get so mad at me if she didn't know what was going on. So, now I've set up an auto cc with this extension to automatically copy my wife on all the kids' school emails. I'm finally out of the doghouse on that one! lol

I just downloaded this, and while it does the job, the pop ups are very annoying.

2 reasons why I'm deleting the extension: 1. Super annoying pop-up EVERY time I send an email. (pop-up will go away with the paying version) 2. Once setting up a BCC email it will always add this BCC email address to your emails. It is not possible to delete the BCC address in the regular receivers field. Would definitely re-install if these two issues would be fixed.

I can make sure all my work emails are accesible at home without being on the private network, just Auto-BCC myself.

Really easy to set up and works just like it says. I can Auto-BCC myself or my assitant and stay organized or have her always in the know.

Found a new way to use this: archiving all of my emails that have been sent to certain people. I bcc my other account and voila! I keep my emails together, but separate and readily available.

Works GREAT. I'm a fairly forgetful individual and this has saved me quite a few times.

A joke. Have to pay for more than one rule. Don't use this, there are others that do more and are free.

Does just what you want it to do so as if you use gmail via browser, you get all replies up send out as bcc: as per you can set your phone or tablet mail clients to do. So if you are looking for what sent its all there in your inbox, no keep swapping back and forth!

This tool works great to auto BCC the email address that allows my communications to be automatically stored in my membership database on my members' profiles. In other words, it does exactly what I need it to do.

Great Extension and very helpful!

Some of us need copies of our emails because of the information in them. Auto BCC allows this to happen without adding the bcc manually and not having to look thru the sent file.
