Great reminder to pay attention to what you're supposed to. Just put your "addictive" websites in the list and you won't find yourself wandering to them just because you clicked some link or bookmark. You aren't prevented from seeing them, but the process to see the sites makes sure you aren't just doing it without really thinking about the decision.
doesnt work all the time, wish it did i type in facebook.com (it is added) and it doesnt make me 'focus'

This extension makes me forget where it was I was trying to go. Staring into the cute kitty's melancholy eyes make me remember that there are worse things in life than the boredom I had just been enduring, and I am always instantly reenergized. 11/10 would stare at cat for hours again instead of doing something unproductive like browsing Facebook.
