I recently tried this extension, and I must say I am impressed. It helps me stay focused on my work by blocking out distractions from social media. Bought a pro lifetime membership because the amount of time and increased productivity this tool gives me is literally worth thousands of dollars. BeTimeful makes social media work for YOU instead of becoming a product for their algorithms.
It works best by giving you that "moment" where you realize you can get trapped. Obviously nothing will stop you from social media, but it's so easy to get sucked in with no reminders and doomscrolling. This is a great tool if you have the correct expectations and use it to accompany your already established goals.

Definitely helped me not constantly be on Youtube. It's not a complete block so you can still see what you need to see, but prevents you from getting sucked into the internet for the next 4 hours.

This extension is a helpful shield from the deliberate time sinks of social media feeds. It would benefit from some more advanced features around timed activation/deactivation windows but is ultimately a positive step for general use over more brute force total blocker options.

very good, just what I wanted to code myself!
Works great so far. Unlike other extensions that block an entire site, this lets me access messaging functions if I need to keep in touch with someone without getting sucked into a black hole. The only thing I don't like is that the process of turning the extension off temporarily or after working hours isn't super intuitive.

This is a really cool idea, but seems buggy. I can't get it so that everything besides YouTube is blocked (so I can see my subscriptions and playlists). No matter what options are changed, the next time I view the options every option is checked. Would gladly rate this higher if that bug is resolved.
WOW! I've tried different solutions for this purpose before but nothing worked as well as this! This allows me to still log onto those distracting sites to carry out what I need to do on there (answer messages, do research, etc.) but not allow the feed, related videos, etc. to distract me from what I'm actually on the site for. Thank you!!!

Wow this is a life changing extension! I used to keep on getting trapped either on fb or linkedin newsfeed or even on youtube's recommendation video until I downloaded the app. I love the fact that you can schedule your blocking time ahead or connect it with your google calendar so you commit to it and no longer have to make an impulsive decision to turn it off or on. Keep it up! Definitely worth goin for the pro version.
