it pops up everywhere on websites and youtubes, and asks to "share" my highlights. It's extremely intrusive when i was just looking for a highlighter.

This extension is incredible intrusive. It infects all the corner of your browser, trying to turn itself into a social network, when they represents it self as a web highlter. Keep away from it/

Started to bring garbage in my browser...I only needs a plugin to save and show cross-platform highlights I have done on the websites. At first it was fine, the pop-up was super annoying but at least I can just turn it off. Right now, this plugin somehow managed to SEO into search results for their own website as my top results, even though I haven't click on any links from them. I have to install another plugin to block getliner's website from my Google search result. Paid user also don't have a switch to turn all those unnecessary functions off. Good marketing skills but you are polluting your own product and it will end up causing the users to leave.

works nice but worse than ads! sure it will remember what you've marked. That part works great, but it shows up at the top of every google search, wants to take over new tabs... Oh please, just let me browse in peace. Lots of people like it, but I am UNINSTALLING due to the constant presense and intrusiveness. Sure you can probably eventually disable that stuff, but I would rather take the time to write this and warn others. Looking for a replacement next.

Out of all the highlighting extensions I've tried, this one is the best. Among other things, it lets you categorize, tag timestamps on YouTube, and manage your tags online. It isn't buggy like a lot of the other ones. It is maintained by a team as well. The company is responsive and fixed a bug I reported.

I update it from 6.XX to the latest version(7.0.6), then it can't mark the links, I really appreciate if you guys can fix this bug. By the way my browser is Version 102.0.5005.63 (Official Build) Chrome, do I have to update it to the latest?

Glitchy extension, my highlights are mostly not synced/stored in Liner database. Can't rely on the extension.

It provides comprehensive, conscise and precise news or codes which is what I need.

Would love to have an option of exporting all highlights from a folder instead of having to export them one by one. The extension runs relatively smoothly, especially compared to Weava, which is currently experiencing issues in that regard.

LINER is extremely helpful for any student that has tons of research to do for a project. It speeds up things soo much by saving your highlights which can be later accessed. Even though the ads are kinda annoying, the application is amazing. Plus, its free!

as a student who research topics all the time this is really good application to keep track information i collect. totally recommended productive tool that is must have for all students.

Pretty good, but needed a shortcut for highlighting at once and wanted to pick up purple as the default, also lesser popups would be great, rest all is good, thanks : )

Support Team - does not provide any support. The personalization service is not working correctly. Authorization problems. when trying to highlight important information. Do not want to use or try to use it anymore.

Very useful for research! When I saw the ad I thought it was fake but then while doing research I got desperate and installed LINER. I'm glad I did:D

Simple and make your life easier. The interface is quite good. I noticed some slowness when adding more highlights, but still evaluating it and will update my comment accordingly.

A terribly intrusive extension. It modifies everything on you web browser, Whee you google something, pop-up will appear on your screen. Even your new tab settings is modified. The worst part is that you cannot disable anything. If you are only looking for a effective highlighter, you will get disappointed...
