Thank you for the extension! ?????? But, how the hell can I add the channel to blacklist? Also, I am dreaming everyday about excluding related / videocards by KEYWORDS. And content type (e.g. STREAMS). Are you planning to do this?

Extension needs to be updated to fit the new YouTube changes. Unable to Like, Dislike, Add To Playlist and more since the only options under the video player that remain is the Subscribe button.

The container that holds the channel name, like/dislike, share buttons, description, etc. appears twice bellow the video. One container bellow the other. This didn't used to happen before. Also sometimes it completely removes the video player, fortunately it comes back after refresh, but it's still annoying when it does that.

Whenever I search something up and click on a video, if the player size is 'Full window', the player wont show up at all. This can only be solved by refreshing at either the search results page or the video page itself. Please fix quickly.

Decent extension, use it on a regular although I do have 1 farily trivial but large complaint. Under the "appearancce" tab in settings the very last setting has a MISSPELT WORD!!! It's week not "weak"!

I really want to use it but please update your extension as efficient as possible since the Youtube update. There are some bugs below as the other reviewers mentioned.

I've been having issues with the home page lately where it just continously loads. Is there a way to manually update the extension or is this a new bug or something?

Lost my like, dislike, share, download, clip, and save options on all youtube videos with this extension running. Can't figure out how to get them back besides disabling it.

I really like this extension, my only problem I've encountered is that any time I press on a video, it forces me to manually click on it to play :/

Wanted it to shuffle my 1200+ likes better, all it done was mess things up even more, causing the loop function to spaz out, randomly jumping pages in the middle of a song, and still didn't properly shuffle my likes

If youtube would just stop updating its UI so much, lol - but that's not the extension's fault! I have no idea why anyone would want videos to autoplay, ever. This is a fantastic extension :)

so, i love this extension so much, great job improved-tube, theres just one issue im countering, so i have the always show progress bar (apearence > player > always show progress bar) enabled, if i finished the whole video and the last time i moved my mouse/paused and unpaused it will show as if i am at the very begining until i move my mouse/pause , you need to add a loop to make it check every second or so, other then that, great job <3

Was working fine for the last year until recently, it stopped loading the "Home" page, "Subscription" loads fine, but if I go to "Home", it just never loads. Turning off the extension does the trick so not sure what was changed.

It works great for the most part, only issue I've ran into are: 1)Bluelight sometimes cause the video to stutter, also wish there's a shortcut to activate/deactivate night mode 2)Mixer not working, says it doesn't detect open video tabs 3)Reverse playlist sometimes shows wrong thumbnail for next video

This extension is all the sudden hiding video titles and the rating buttons. If I disable the extension, they return as normal. I cant find a setting to fix this so, I dont know why this is happening.

Few new issues just popped up. 1) Two description boxes on YT vids. 2) When you look at the Videos on a channel, it doesn't load them all (only loads a single row of a few of them). 3) Videos play for a half second and then pause themselves. Autoplay is setup correctly.

Recently, there keeps showing two description boxes on every video.

Resolution selection is not working anymore, YouTube is resetting to auto resolution lowering video quality, resetting a video resolution on the extension don't have any effect as the site is overwriting the setting.

Great open source alternative to other YT extensions but Forced theater mode seems to reset after revisiting the site.

The deafault shortcut to Like a video with "L" key seems to not working with the Youtube New UI

100% would recommend to anyone been using it for like 1/2 years now only one problem it needs an update as you tube been update the theme i had has stopped working only woks on the top bard where the search is hope this get fixed other then that this app has been the best ever no fault with it what so ever keep up the hard work just up date it more often :)

used to like the extension but please make at least a small update please, after youtube updating its design several times around 50% of extension is broken or doesn't work at all.

I see lots of comments about the themes being broken. All of mine work EXCEPT for the custom. I wanted a teal backround and it automaticly goes to dark mode. I have hopes for a fix soon.

Used this for a while love it but it has stopped working. my youtube is stuck in dark mode. i hope this is fixed soon so i can have my pink youtube back.

Just installed the extension and checked almost all of it's features. found two extremely annoying bugs. 1- youtube's theme is stuck at 'dark theme': I changed the theme from extension to different themes. now i cant get back to my default light theme. this ext automatically changes the youtube-setting to 'dark theme' whenever this ext is enabled. i have to disable the ext to keep my youtube-setting of light theme persistent. 2- the avatars in youtube's comment section are stuck at 'hidden': I went to appearance>comments>hide avatars and turned it "on". then i turned it off but the avatars are still hidden. now the only way i can see the avatars again is to disable this extension. I already tried different tricks to get around these bugs but nothing seems to work.

I toggle off some of the player buttons (clip, thanks, download etc) and NOTHING happens. Pls help.

Really useful features and works properly every time i open Youtube.

It works so nice. Just one error. When I change the theme, it won't go back to white. I want it to be white I can go back to white. All other stock themes work fine, but default and custom won't wok.

Lets me take control over YT, instead of YT and its algorithm controlling me. I am learning to code and will definitely contribute to the development and maintenance of this work on Github. Love you guys <3

now that i have this extension, i will click on a youtube channel and it takes me to a completely different one. can you guys fix this bug/glitch?

Inconsistent Extension. I want to like it, but the subtitle options added by the app simply don't work. The app generates its own auto-gen captions, but will not display them. Which also stops the youtube player from displaying the /actual/ auto-gen captions. The Loop feature also only works about 50% of the time.

I need the speed changer with - or = keys back!

This is the only extension I've found that turns off video thumbnail previews. Of course it has many other options, but turning off the previews is the main reason I installed it.

So far, so good except the progress bar in Picture-in-Picture. It won't resized together with PiP window & please add fixed resize scaling

It works great for the most part, but there's a bug I noticed that's only been happening recently. Sometimes the comment section on a page is completely hidden, even if it's been set to "Normal" or "Collapsed". The comments usually come back when I turn the "Hidden" setting on and off again, but it's still very inconvenient.

It's great, but sometimes the screenshot, pip and loop show up sometimes even though i disabled them. Other than that, i'm not having any problems.

pretty good extension, but some stuff doesnt work too well. hide buttons is one of the most notable, and it seems to be happening to other users, too. otherwise pretty good, you can change the font, general colour theme, make playlists automatically shuffle, etc. all in all, a good extension, just has a few bugs around it.

very nice extension but has a bad BUG: views and video release date are shown as ERROR 403 when I enable the extension!

It is changing my theme to dark mode again and again, even after i changed it to default(white). A very bad bug... please provide an option in the themes as 'white'. Also on disabling trailer autoplay, we are not able to play the trailer on the channel home page manually also, it remains frozen! Also some features don't work on the new UI like improved youtube buttons, show video count etc.

works great, just needs the shortcut for loop back, since that saved a lot of time instead of pressing the under player button or going into player options and clicking loop. thanks.

Very nice features YouTube sorely lacks. However there are some hiccups with this app: - Definitely not lightweight. Lately it's been lagging like hell, even crashing my browser a few times (and I'm on a gaming platform so it's not my hardware) - It doesn't seem to mesh well with other YouTube apps (chiefly SponsorTube and Unhook, also great apps) - Many obsolete or nonworking features, which I'm sure bloat things up even more. Several features are 403'd on YouTube's end, for example, and unless there will be a workaround, should be cut off - Some features just plain don't work, you have to test them and see what happens. See above points - Recently a feature was removed, and it messed up functionality on YouTube. I had to reset settings just to get rid of this issue. What it does do it does well. But right now I have it disabled because I suspect it's causing browser instability. Hope for a patch and less inter-app bugs

There's this bug that's been here since day one and still no fix. when you search something while on a video, the video plays in the background but the page is already changed to search result. or when you back to youtube homepage by clicking the youtube logo on top corner while watching a video, the sound plays in the background. please fix this

Worked well since the day I installed it but these past few days, my player is permanently stuck in theater mode with no way to go back to the regular player mode. Even toggling the Appearance > Player > Forced theater mode switch on and of doesn't do anything.

Blacklist and hiding/marking watched videos doesn't work for me. main reason I installed this extension

It was always sorta bad quality - but did the job. Looks bad, and the buttons go in bad spots on the website. Their readme is formatted like it was made by using low-quality image-to-text conversion on a kindergartner's seminal art piece that was supposed to be homework. The app barely works. Super buggy. The alternative "Enhancer for Youtube" is much better.

Been buggy lately, having to restart the extension multiple times a day now. experiencing issues with: - Collapse of subscription sections - Speed (keyboard shortcuts) - Captions possibly others but these are the main ones i've been experiencing. Otherwise, its a a pretty powerful tool, and is really really useful when its working correctly

Worked like a charm for years. Past 6 months its been really temperamental. Having to go off/on the "theater mode" option half the time for it to start working again.
