I really want this, but, at least in Chromium, it ruins middle clicking on links. Too frustrating to keep installed.

Great extension but breaks in Chrome 33 by causing new pages to open using the old, unsupported chrome-internal://newtab. Had to disable until this gets fixed. Or I find a new extension that does the same thing.

This extension has served me well for several years now, but it seems that recently some update to Chromium has broken it so that it doesn't notice anymore that you're middle-clicking on a link and so don't want to trigger navigation. Hopefully there'll be a release that fixes this at some point.

This feature is something that many long-time Firefox users are looking for and this extension implements it well. Unfortunately, the extension also overrides the new tab behaviour which I had already customised with another extension to display my home page - and I don't seem to be able to disable that. If the config added a 'Home page' option for what to display in a new tab then it would be perfect! Until then, I'll uninstall it and stick with middle-click on the [+] tab button to paste URLs.
