This extension has never worked for me. Clicking the activate button puts it into an "activating" state that it never recovers from.

There's so much value to the Alaska Airlines Milage Plan Chrome extension that I make a point to check the retailers offering miles before I buy anything. It's effortless and easy. Kinda hate that I shopped online without it until now!

I love this site. I can only speak as an Alaska Airlines member but they make it user friendly to search and find what you want *AND* the app gently lets you know " Psst we can get it for you wholesale" when you are shopping. I have had ZERO problems with it and it has been accurate every time. I don't use any other airlines reward site. It's in the background on my tool bar along with my Capitol One both let me know when it's cheaper somewhere else OR reminding me that I could get rewards using their extension.

Often doesn't work. It says that it has activated extra miles and I get a pop up saying I earned extra miles after the purchase but then they don't appear in my account (even after waiting a couple weeks). Then I have to manually submit a form asking for the purchase to be converted to miles and have to submit receipts. It's a headache.

This extension has made it so much easier for me to track discounts and the resulting miles accrued. Love this!

Good concept. I had this for about 2 weeks but it's annoying when the extension pops up and there is no X to close it and get it out of the way. I will be uninstalling it I am sure once it gets annoying enough which is going to be soon!

Great design! Non intrusive way to earn miles. So many times these apps get in the way of using the primary site. Your design adds value to my internet purchasing.

I love it but it gets annoying sometimes when it disables itself right at my checkout and I don't get the miles. If I remember, because you usually get an email notifying that you WILL receive miles for shopping) I will reach out to help center and request for them to investigate it (usually get a reply but never a follow up or the miles). So, make sure it is ACTIVATED before checking out!

Easy to use with one click. Add miles to my account for almost all sites where I purchase. I love how it pops up to ask me if I want to use it. Love it only takes 1 click.

Easy to use and track rewards. I also have the American Airlines shopping miles reward app and it always "fun" to see which one is going to offer me the best deal. I noticed that both of the apps offer mileage for a wide variety of different vendors, some of which I have auto renewal subscriptions with. I wish there was a way to earn mileage with the vendors for which auto renewal is applicable. For instance, I noticed that with "Norton" that the Alaska app is offering 20 miles (usually 12 miles) for every dollar spent. My auto renewal was billed in early December... would have been nice to earn a few miles with the auto renewal.

I absoultely LOVE mileage plan shopping! I tell all my friends about it. I teach them how ti do it and we went on a girls trip free!!!! I try to only shop where I get miles. When i search an item it shows in the search which store offer miles. Same item, same price. I always choose the store that offers miles.

Extremely handy!

I like the button because it keeps me from forgetting to sign in to earn miles when I am online shopping. What I don't like is that I have to keep signing in multiple times before I am done with that order. If I am buying more than one item or having to take time researching an item before I complete a transaction I am automatically signed out and I don't know it so I miss out on miles. I wish that when I sign in and am transfered to my vendor that I would not be signed out until I have completed my order.

The site is really, really easy to use and it is connected to so many good stores and companies. It actually reminds you that you are earning miles and those miles, of course, connect to what in my opinion is the best airline in America. I typically avoid offers to gain miles and all of that, but not this time.

Doesn't actually work. It pops on on websites like Safeway.com and says "Just a moment while we activate this offer...." The progress bar moves like it's loading but then it never actually finishes. The window just stays there forever, blocking me from viewing that part of the website.

I love this, and it has helped me build up some miles. But I have a suggestion: Too often, the extension's pop-up window stalls while it's trying to activate an offer, and then I can't get rid of the window. I can move it around, but I can't stop the process, cancel the request, or close the pop-up. Please consider giving us an out, so we don't have to open a new tab and start over. Thanks!

This is probably my favorite extension. I've accumulated SO many miles just from doing the shopping I already do... It's amazing.

Great app for a great opportunity to earn miles for buying stuff you were already going to buy anyway. It's literally as simple as, install this extension, then live your best life, and when you end up on a website where you could earn extra Alaska Air miles for money you were planning to get anyway. I've already earned enough for a round trip ticket that costs about $300. Even if you don't end up using the miles, this app also has all the current coupon codes pre-programmed so that if there's a coupon that applies to the site you're on, it will find it. Yesterday I was on the Sephora website and it must have tried 30 codes for me until it found one offer that wasn't sold out (yesterday was New Year's Eve) so while that isn't typical, it was worth more than the nothing I paid to install this extension to find the one code that would get me a free trial sized mascara. ;-) Worth it.

This is a sweet extension if you are an Alaska Airline Mileage plan member. Instead of going thru the zillions of stores on the website, this extension just identifies one if you are on it. Looks for coupons also. Let the miles add up!

This button helps me earn miles waaaaaay faster than I would by just travelling. I always check with the plan before I buy something i need. I've earned 1,000's of miles this way. Super cool tool.

It is really racking up the miles. Didn't know about even half of the benefits that were available before installing the extension. Honestly wondering when they will thin back the benefits. Don't get any ideas Alaska...!

I can't believe I didn't look into this earlier!! I've already gotten over 3000 miles just from clicking the "Activate" button that pops up when I'm hopping on any site where earning miles are available...one click! 5 seconds max! FANTASTIC!!!

Easy to check miles from participated stores and mile earned.

Usually notices that you are on a site that gives points. Sometimes not and you have to go to the site and it takes time. I like the bonus points.

So easy to get extra miles, took advantage of a super 8X offer to make a big purchase for the household that I was going to make anyway!

I already purchase a lot of things online, and this tool is very handy since it tells you right away if the website offers miles. It is fantastic!!!

it works pretty well - when they are down you may have to file a complaint to get the miles - most of the time it works :)

I love it, my only complaint is that I wish it would stay active. I purchased quite large purchase and realized it wasnt active when I hit the order button so it didnt count. Would have liked to have received those miles. Otherwise its a great added option!

I LOVE the Mileage Plan browser extension! I have earned a lot of miles and I often get coupons from Alaska Airlines too. I'm impressed with how many retailers are available to earn miles from.

If you have an Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan, then this app is 110% worth adding. It is so easy! Oftentimes there are stores that have AA mileage plan points for a limited time that you'd never know about. Makes earning miles even easier.

The fact that I am going using the extension before going to Amazon, I think tells it all right!? I love the ease of use and the wide range of vendors is excellent. Most of all the fact that we get reminders when on various sites that are connected so I can earn miles is huge. Lastly, the automatic application of coupons is beyond wonderful. Thank you so much!!

I really enjoy the ability to build points for my future travel of a very special trip. I use both this app and a similar other brand app for the same purposes. I find that with this app, when checking to insure points were applied, I am unsure as each is not listed by the name of the merchant but rather "Catera" appears. It would be much more helpful with identifying each purchases by name such as: Catera- Home Depot, as example.

Easy fun way to earn miles. I always look for the places that participate when shopping on line.

Love that it pops up without me having to remember to log in someplace else. Extra bonus that it tells you if the product you are considering is available at a better price elsewhere. Great extension!

This is my favorite browser extension. I really like Alaska Airlines as they are my favorite to fly. And I really love their miles program, it is the most fair and honest. This extension has allowed me to gain over 1000 miles in just 1 month with my regular shopping, and sometimes common stores like nike, or walmart go up to 4 miles per $, which if I buy all of my kids new shoes for the year at a total of $280, I would get 1120 miles! Epic!

Love that all I have to do is add a new vendor to the app as I'm shopping their website!

I cannot believe the miles I have collected and having this as a reminder is a must. It is super helpful and I love Alaska Air even more now. BUT this may lose a star if there is not an update to turn off reminders for certain offers that I cannot use. Such as HelloFresh which I already have so the offer is not applicable for me and it gets to be annoying when the alert blocks other icons and website carts. I can say not now but it will forget and pop back up after a bit.

It's great to get reminders about acquiring your miles while shopping. The pop up's keep you on track. The Alaska Airlines Mileage plan is easy to use, and flexible. I appreciate the opportunity to earn free travel!

The Alaska app is pretty user friendly, especially for someone techno-challenged. And it is how you can preorder any food items for your upcoming flight. I've been reluctant to use my phone for my boarding pass; but the last time I flew, my printer wasn't working, and the pass on my phone app was what I had to use. I always access the shopping button for any store/vendor that provides miles for shopping. It all adds up.

I really like it. I thought it would annoy me, but it's convenient, and it lets me know when I can get miles for my regular online shopping. When the mileage plan miles show up, I'm both surprised and pleased. I'm clocking hundreds of miles for purchases I would make anyway!

i have been flying with Alaska for more years than i can count and overall theey have the best of most everything!! My only complaint is that as a seniori can't afford to fly much now because of the high prices and as a disabled i need to fly first class, which is out of reach price wise

I love love love this app! All prices are the same as if I went to the store website, I still get to use my promo codes and collect miles. 99% of the time shipping is free or I can do an in store pick up. With the miles I already had from my travels and the ones I have from shopping I'm almost ready to get my next ticket to Puerto Vallarta.

I love this mileage button. I do most of my retail shopping online so the button gives me an easy way to add miles to my Rewards program and keep my accumulated miles from expiring.

This is a great app. It works in the background while I'm shopping and surfing the web, reminding me where I can use the mileage shopping. There has only been a few times that the button has shown there is a mileage shopping opportunity when I was on a site that had no goods/services for sale. Otherwise, has worked wonderfully and increase my mileage shopping.

Love that I can quickly check and see which stores are offering miles and who has extra mile incentives. Use it daily to buy things I would normally purchase. Get a lot of miles. Such a great perk since we were going to make the purchases anyway. Would like to see a bit easier auditing ability on the Alaska site, maybe a transaction code or something. I use it so often that it is hard to keep track of all the transactions since some post months later.

My daughter's mileage balance was about to be lost due to lack of activity in 24+ months. I just shopped with this tool and now we reset the clock for another two years (and earned some miles too!). The chrome extension offers me the option to earn miles on partner sites without me having to do any research, it just pops up offering to log in and earn miles, too easy!

I LOVE the Chrome extension! It's so much easier than going through the website. My only complaint is that I've missed out on miles because it disabled itself before my purchase and I wasn't aware of it.

I never miss getting miles anymore! This is definitely a mile booster. In the past, I always forgot to check if a merchant offered miles. Now I don't have to think about it anymore. The popup reminder is easy to see and quick to disable if I need to.

Can't say how easy this is! I earned about 2000 miles in the 1st month from purchases I would have made anyway!. Just buying from places that I normally shop and didn't know were on the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Shopping Site. Alaska Airlines is the BEST!!!
