Love the idea. 3/5 for 2 reasons. One is that I cannot book a recurring weekly meeting without putting them in individually. Second is that when I do book my recurring meeting through Google Calendar, I then cannot give access to the person to reschedule through Calendly. I will continue to use it, as I don't like giving out my other calendar for my clients, however those things are my top issues.

I have found this extinction to cut down on the number of back and forth emails it takes to schedule a meeting. For that I am grateful.

Boo! I don't want to grant access for LinkedIn scheduling. Granting access for features I don't want is unfortunate. I've had this plugin installed for two years, but now removing. Please make this feature optional.

Calendly support PHISHING and fraud in their user platform - I tried to report fraud being conducted with their platform, and they offered no support at all. Any platform should have the ability to investigate and control abuse being conducted using their services.

This extension (and calendly itself) saves me so much time each day. Highly recommend.

Great app, use it daily. It increases sales conversions and responses by making clients work less by providing them easy times to choose from at the click of a visible time slot. Would be better if the Ad Hoc selections integrated better with Go To Meeting. The 30|60 min options work fine.

I really love this extension. We are a small nonprofit and I use it all the time to onboard volunteers and set up meetings. works great. sometimes the app removes itself from gmail, but overall it's really helpful!

While the extension does ease the burden of copy and pasting a URL into an email; it's not otherwise useful. THere's no way, for instance, to ad-hoc add a link to an email- you have to open the extension, copy the appropriate URL and paste the raw URL into the email. Sigh... that saves a few seconds but really a canned response with different URls already posted is quicker and more useful. Also, there's no ability from the extension to modify any of to the calendars, configurations, etc. The extension is no more handy than copy/paste.

Is it just me? This extension requires me to log in. Despite being part of the google ecosystem, when I go to use it I have to TYPE my google mail address, wait for it to recognize me, tell it to "log in with Google", and confirm my ID. I thought the point of having a chrome extension was that Chrome KNOWS you are logged into google. Why does this app not know that? I hardly use it because its so clunky.

I love Calendly and I use it every day. Unfortunately, I cannot purchase a premium account because I live in a very very far country, So, I miss some features that I want to try. Anyway, I'd love to see scheduled meetings on Chrome too.

I have to say, I was never happier to use a tool like I am with using calendly!! it is the best and has made my life so much easier!!! also have great support!

I still don't understand what is the different on having this calendly extension instead of having the google calendar add on and the zoom metings add on on my gmail side bar?? I mean they do the same plus in calendly I can never know if the meting is going to be on hang outs or zoom. For all it seems that this extension is only a nice way to show people you are organized and stuff but there are 10 time more productive apps out there that integrated with other users.

I use it all the time. It makes setting appointments and get togethers super easy!

Saves SO MUCH TIME. I do wish there was a way to default a reminder for the event though (or I don't know how to do that). It sends me an email to let me know its been scheduled, but I have to manually change the event to remind me a few minutes before.

I really enjoy this extension, it's helped me out so much in my emails!

Great BUT. Will not log in. Have to remove from chrome and add-in again every time. Screen pops up and disappears.

Love this extension and use it multiple times a day to schedule clients. I've never had a problem with it and it saves me so many hours.

A convenient, and extremely easy way to schedule, as opposed to the frustrating back-and-forth game of email tag.

Cant say enough good things about this app - it has gotten me more 50% more meetings with prospects in 10% of the time it used to take to schedule them which means Im closing deals quicker too! Calendly streamlines scheduling calls & meetings with team members and clients. It's really great for taking the guess work about times zones out of scheduling with our international clients. The feature top add teammates schedules to Ad hoc meetings removes the back and forth that previously was required.

Great add on to my work flow. Saves countless hours booking meetings and the Chrome extension saves more time giving me my links at the click of a button.

I give it 1 star until I understand why it runs at system start up and continues in the background on my computer even when Chrome is closed... That was the notification that popped up after install. If I get a satisfactory reply...then I'll change my review.

This simplifies our workflow so much! Thanks so much for the great extension allowing us to quickly schedule and create meetings ad hoc.

Calendly has been a great scheduling tool for me so far, with easy integrations with my Google Suite and Zoom Meetings.

Solid extension. Very efficient to easily copy my calendar event types. Love the feature of ad-hoc meetings! Highly recommended!

The only thing that trips me up is managing the different days/times of my own availability. Sometimes the system doesn't do what I would expect. But guess what, if I was into trying a little harder and reading some documentation I'm sure I'd be able to figure this out. For my limited purposes this app extension is awesome and absolutely makes it easier for me to communicate with my vendors and customers. No more phone tag for me! People simply reserve their time for a call and we're good to go. Great chrome extension all the way around.

Super useful: 1. Because the view of my appointment types in the web app doesn't allow me to see the whole name but I can do it here. 2. The "one off" meeting feature is really nice, though I wish it were faster.

Both the service and the extension are central to how I work now. There are so many different meetings I need to be able to schedule with my customer. This makes it simple and keeps my calendar an informative tool that's pivotal to getting work done.

This makes it so easy to send Calendly links and schedule with my customers. I used to keep an extra tab open just for Calendly, and now that's not necessary. The plugin is more convenient and more powerful (the ad-hoc event creation is especially great!).

I'm a "solopreneur" so I need every shortcut possible. This extension does everything I need!

I use this extension more than any other right now! Love it! And love the fact that I can create Add Hoc meetings. Just great.

Love this extension. It made a huge change in my workflow. It's so quick and easy to add a list of meeting options to an email. I'm also a big fan of the "Single Use Link," which only allows people to book a single meeting. The Adhoc Meeting function also allows you to select meeting slots that are already booked or blocked off.

This makes my life SO much easier- and I love the shared calendar aspect!

Calendly is by far my favorite scheduling software. I love that even though the main controls are within their web-based dashboard, I can use this extension to very easily pop my calendar link into emails. Such a valuable addition to the systems I use to make my work more efficient during the week.

Please add an expiration feature for one time use links. ex: one time use links expire after [ 3 ] days. This can be done as a general setting or as an individual setting for each event type.

I'd rate this extension higher if I could. In all honestly - my all time favorite and most used Chrome extension. Calendly itself is amazing, and the Chrome extension works seamlessly. I use it multiple times every single day. Bonus points for the Calendly team being remarkably awesome to work with - they actually listen to ideas, will hop on video calls, and follow up with ideas and suggestions. Six out of five stars is my rating.

This is a terrific, time saving easy to work with tool.

I really can't live without this extension. I don't have an assistant right now and so with the rush of inquiries it takes minutes to give a link to someone to empower them to schedule the appropriate appointment.

This is the app I absolutely always wanted and needed. What an extension!!!

It seems to work better that I ever expected, however it would be good to have email notification when the appointment is made.

Calendly does NOT accurately reflect open times in my google calendar... many days that are AVAILABLE are NOT shown as AVAILABLE to the client... missed opportunities. Additionally, I am still waiting for customer service to respond. Frustrating. Update: Calendly contacted me and the issue was at top of Google calendar? An "all day" reminder for a 2 week online webinar! Ugh, soooo once removed? wa la ... beautifully fixed. Crisis averted! Thanks to Isa at Calendly

This chrome extension has changed the way I schedule meetings, even more so than calendly did itself. Instead of providing clients a "buffet" or dates and times to peruse, I am able to get ultra-focused on the slots that make the most sense. I use this multiple times a day with no issues.

I really like the Calendly for Chrome Plugin. I did prefer in the older version when I added an Ad Hoc meeting it embedded tabs into my email. The link is not as exciting. But overall it gets the job done quite nicely.

I regularly give my Calendly link to clients to schedule meetings with me so I was happy to learn there is an extension for it. Now, it syncs with my Google calendar. It works well.

I regularly use this extension to email contacts the chance to select from a range of times to connect. It means when they select one, it is booked into my diary without a lot of back and forth. Calendly is a fantastic app..fullstop!:)

OK. This has just taken Calendly to a new level for me. The AdHoc meeting option is incredibly helpful - very easy to use. Even though I am using Outlook for some of my work emails I can just copy & paste the link. Can recommend.

This is legitimately the most wonderful thing in the universe. Need to save time? Calendly has your back! Adhoc meeting extension to the rescue and for the win! Also Simon Kelly is wrong, that only happens on a new tab page.

Love calendly, use it all the time! But this extension opens Gmail on click. Why? What if I want to get my meeting URL quickly and at it to a web service like messenger instead of Gmail? Would be much better if it would just open the flyout menu without opening Gmail.
