Does this thing even work, I've been a customer for 18 months and it almost never works right. It either doesn't run a scan or gives a 400 Bad Request. piece of junk

Being billed $4.99 on the 3rd and 22nd of very month is not billed monthly! Have requested this service be stopped, yet they keep billing!
