Was fine until it took over the functionality of the New Tabs page without any notification
It was making the search go default to "https://marvelsearch.com/?channel=qdfg" the problem is that when you go and look to see what "marvelsearch" is it always shows the Marvel franchise and also seems very malicious. Would not recommend getting for any purpose.
Used to be good, then started MALICIOUS BEHAVIOR! Then started changing new tab page. If one undid change in new tab page via settings, this extension would turn itself off. Then, when re-enabled, it would again change new tab page.
After working successfully for years it's not been possessed by evil charlatans who infect your browser with some kind of irritating bug. Terrible shame. AVOID.
Great extension, until they decided to try and scam you by disabling your new tab page for a monetized garbage search function. Now it's useless. Such a shame greed interfered with a neat tool.
This extension was useful, but apparently suddenly decided to go the scam route and without any notice changed the new tab/home page behaviour to show a weird search engine with a monetization code. I'll uninstall and report it. Pretty sure there are other extensions that do the same basic things without the sneaking behaviour.
Great idea for an extension, have had it installed for many months. Suddenly yesterday, my New Tab page changed to a weird search engine I've never heard of, despite having a Theme installed and a custom homepage entered. Figured out that it was this extension that had added a permission to change the homepage. I had not been notified of this. I also did not have the extension Enabled at the time my New Tab setting was changed. If the Extension is disabled, how did it change my Settings? Feels intrusive - uninstalling from Chrome.

I have used google drive for years and this iteration is NOT at all what I expected
It is good if you are trying to make a document on the Fly I suggest you download it but I am taking of one star because it is not to special it is a basic App

PAST TENSE-CURRENTLY CONFUSED I think the "properties" and objectives of any aspect os Google DRIVE have been skewed by the aggressive MSN EDGE OSESSION. Before , I need only sync my extensions and Chrome-ALL Google derivatives worked better. Ran smoothly. Now its chronic problem. It appears that you can use it solely as an adjunct {NOT as a Driver} extension. The best -less stress free path is utilizing ONE DRIVE. I'm exasperated and probably wouldn't have this issue IF I SWITCHED ALL My DEVICE over to APPLE, INC;MAC. DEAR G.A.R.T>PLEASE ADVISE

I like this extension but I agree with other contributors that Google Forms should be added.

It does not support Google Forms which are a standard doc type in Drive, nor "other" types added by Chrome apps like Lucidchart diagram or SlideRocket presentation. The icon blur effect giving the impression of speed is a good idea but it looks very bad in small resolution. It looks like it's a bad quality image file. Their should be more margins between doc type lines so the widget looks more aesthetic. There is no plugin icon in the chrome://chrome/extensions list.
