Doesn't do much or give me advanced view. Needs premium subscription it seems. Uninstalled.

The Chrome app itself is great - makes it really easy to add and update contacts. So why one star? The backend system is horrible, and about every three months I have to file a support ticket because of failed synchronization with my Google accounts. I pay for a synchronization service - that doesn't reliably synchronize. And what's worse than a service that doesn't work? A service that doesn't reliably work - because you can't trust it. Support tickets go unanswered for a few days. Then some low-level rep responds, and doesn't seem to understand the issue - despite the fact that I have this same issue about four times a year. Emails back and forth, each from them takes a couple of days, in some cases a week. They'll then promise to "talk to engineering" - which never happens. Again, this is something I pay for. Apparently the company was acquired by Benchmark. I got a nice email from their new CEO talking about the acquisition. I emailed back, congratulated him on the acquisition, and expressed my sincere hopes that under new management they would step up their support game and deliver a functioning service I can trust to work. So far, this hasn't happened. I'm going to finish out my annual subscription, then move to another sync service. The Chrome web app doesn't make up for the backend support failures.

I was set to use this until I saw the privacy policy/permissions literally gave this extension to DELETE my contacts???!!

202010 Gmail Inbox extension Keeps freezing since past week. Only workaround is to remove from chrome and re-add. Full Contact used to be a valuable extension. Their data-agg business must be suffering. If this is not resolved by EoM, then I'm gonna be forced to cancel my acct as the poor experience is outweighing the value. 202007 Reduced from 4 to 3 stars. Very helpful, when it works. However, have been dealing with daily (yes, daily) connection failures for past 2-3 months. Have not reported to support (ok, that's on me), instead disabling and reenabling extension sometimes works. Other times, remove and reinstall is needed. Sadly, stability has chronically suffered recently. Support has been responsive anytime I've requested it, But, if I have to repeatedly open support request for a browser extension, then perhaps I'm using the wrong extension?? 201906 Been using it for a year, and generally satisfied. Would give 5th start, except the latest version (upgrade to Contact+) has now twice failed to detect the hovering over different email addresses. Support had me uninstall and reinstall, which worked, but then 20 hrs later, failed again. Hope this is fixed soon. Hover feature is a great productivity gain.

Slow to update - tech support not very helpful - quick to push for purchase

Waste of time. It doesn't work. Won't even open. And the contacts tags don't seem to carry over from on computer to another. Not impresed given all the company hype!

I had to disable this extension because of how badly it slowed down Gmail. Many times on a new window/tab open, Gmail would hang indefinitely. I'm a systems engineer. I used the dev tools inspector to monitor what was going on. All the performance problems were caused by Contacts+ API calls. Usually due to failures. As soon as I disabled the extension, all my problems went away. What I get out of this extension is not worth the headache and issues of simply trying to use my email and not even directly interact with Contacts+. The older iterations of the extension were good. It has turned into a mess that I can no longer tolerate.

I don't get it. Nothing is different in Gmail. I've looked everywhere and I can't figure out how this app is doing anything at all. Uninstalling.

False advertising. Tries to quickly push to a pay service.

Buggy, Mac os app is limiting. Has some good things about it but not there yet.

Not Working

Excellent idea. Works great once in awhile. Usually one edit or add is all that is accepted before error messages. Contacted FullContact multiple times as a paid subscription customer and response is short saying "the developers are aware". Between this long term issue and the Office365 sync debacle it seems the company is moving too fast and recruiting subscribers instead of focusing on the stability and performance of the platform. I hope it changes before another (maybe better) solution comes along.

Best in-class for reasons of privacy policy and the ability to toggle on/off for ui space saving.

Fantastic

The free version is amazing despite a limit of 100 lookups per week, I can live with that. But what I can't live with is the premium version which $9.99 per month. That's the only downside of this great app. Four stars!

Come directly HERE and FLY RIGHT BY that BOGUS other ext., IF you want 1 that WORKS $ have money to burn. CRapportive, which claims to do what FullContact DOES DO wasted my time for months! Wish I'd come here first... but havent used it as much as i thought i would asthe PRICE was a turn off...plus it doesnt work in my mail app... WAY TOO PRICEY for a month as a contact app... $9.99 Maybe for a year!

To actually get anything more than normal Google Contacts, you have to pay a monthly subscription fee. No thanks.

Boom! Contacts all synced up and tagged in no time....and most of it was automated! Well worth it.

Even as someone who doesn't necessarily require concise contact management, my OCD tendencies are satisfied greatly.

I love the free version, it does everything I want and need it to do and then some. Full Contacts is compatible with all of my devices. And is beneficial to have for my personal and business use. Finally someone got it right and created a top of the line keep in contact software application. Outstanding work, job well done. A fine product. Helpful integration and contact update functions. Also I really like the ability to take a photo of a card, stationery, or a business sign and have that transformed into a contact entry.

It just works. It presently syncs four gmail accounts, an exchange server/outlook account and two iOS devices. They keep improving it. It's a bit expensive at $10/month, but I feel I'm getting fair value for the price.

Easy to use!

Great system. Does a good job of merging contacts, updating info and aggregating social media feeds. Plus the interface is clean and easy to use.

doesn't link with Facebook anymore (that's Facebook's doing though). Not any more useful than Google contacts as far as the free version is concerned

Very useful minus the limit of 5k for free accounts. I have more then 5K contacts but its just 1000K and can't afford to pay for your fees of $59 per year sorry. You folks are as bad as pushbullet team! Justin Cram DyingJedi

The free version alone is extremely useful, but I see myself going for the full version in the future. Great tool.

App is extra helpful. Solves issues that can be related to contact management. Syncs across platforms too. Added bonus to Gmail, just makes it better.

Fantastic

FullContact is an excellent complement to Gmail. It gives me my contacts on the right-hand side of the screen instead of being hidden in the Contact tab. It's easy to categorize each contact into groups and add notes.

Using the free version and even that's already super helpful. All the features are great but to be able to take photos of business cards and have them manually and accurately (not to mention swiftly) transcribed, with the photos not taking up memory on my device - pure awesome.

This is a much awaited app available for free and at cheap cost to Business folks. Your contacts with photos are synced automatically with great perfection. Your privacy is kept very confidential unless you choose to lose it. Use it to feel it.

Awesome 2 factor authentication with iCloud. Zippy sync across ALL my stand alone contact apps. Bravo - worth every penny - you guys rock

Google Contacts is a mess. FC solves all those little issues that are a total PITA. eg. Auto-finding of social contacts Multiple job fields Proper section for social links (Twitter!!) And the biggest one for me - a contacts directory for Twitter. I've looked and haven't found anything that comes close. You could use Google Contacts if you were prepared to manually look up and save every Twitter handle into a custom field. (There is no Twitter field in Google Contacts). Totally worth the money. Just needs to connect to CRMs (ActiveCampaign, pls!).

Best contact app I could find

Amazing! Solved all my issues. I was having so many issues switching from Android to Windows Live, and this made the process so easy!

A little costly (9,99$ montly), but solve a lot of issues for the contact. First of all, the email signature capture and business transcript are gold, they allow you to quickly add full contacts without manually doing data entry. Worth every dollar.

Great contact app

Full Contact for Gmail makes all my communication with friends and colleagues more productive. I can instantly see my entire message history, and quickly find that email that slipped through the cracks!

This is a great app. I've be an premium subscriber for years. Love it. Keeps all of my contacts synced across multiple platforms.

Worth every penny -- subscription is a great bargain as it solves so many headaches related to contacts management. Synchronizes with contacts well, solves numerous sync issues amongst my Windows Mac and Android devices, and has an excellent user interface. Pulls fresh new public data on persons. Also has full support for Google Contacts' groups and amazing tagging support.

LOVED IT until they did the bait and switch. They just changed the max contacts to 1,000 for free version. Now I either pay $5/mo or uninstall. F*** YOU for your predatory pricing practices. This is a total abuse of "freemium" services. You made a deal with us and are changing it with full knowledge of the sh*tty position this puts us in. SHAME.

It's so productive time saving quick recall. We wish if full contact team could incorporate 'AUTO ADDITION REMINDER' if any mail has come from new ID- Now we are adding manually but should have bee auto suggestion. Also it is slow while opening in Gmail needs improvement.

This is perhaps the most useful email tool since GMail. Let alone as a contacts manager. FullContact keeps improving their functionality. I'm a huge fan.
