What’s new in version 1.6?

                This will change:
  - Documentation to Docs in the link,
  - remove the beta subscript from the Documentation name,
  - remove the jobs link,
  - color the background of the topbar to #ccc (grey),
  - set the topbar to position: relative to keep it at the top,
  - remove the review link,
  - cause the top bar dropdowns to hover open and remain open
when navigating to the other dropdowns for a small time frame.

Version 1.1 : Removed visual tearing during page load
1.2 : Fixed issue where name wasn't showing on meta
1.3 : Removed the position:relative; for the topbar as it is now available in user preferences. When the user preferences option is chosen, and position:relative is in place, there is a 60px gap caused which was the reason for removal.
1.4 : Added in match for https://meta and SO
1.5 : fixed a minor issue with the match from 1.4
1.6 : fixed top bar selector from SO update
