The extension works in the background and requires no user intervention. The extension is always on, and hides the comment section as the page loads. To turn it off, go to chrome://extensions and uncheck "Enabled" next to the title of the extension.

Does it's job! Just wish there was no red text at all, or at least the option to remove such text.
even though it hasn't been updated for a long time this extension work perfectly in my Opera
