Doesn't work. Enabled it, went to Markiplier's "videos" page, and it still infinitely scrolls.

Works for me but you have to select to view videos in "Grid" mode rather than "List" mode. If you are in "List" mode, it will load the exact set of videos no matter the page so switch to "Grid" mode for this extension to work!
