Great tool. Makes adding contact and company info a breeze and even categorizing those contacts on the fly. A+

First, only people who don't pay attention will install this without realizing that this is an extension for use with a CRM platform for which you have to pay. This review is NOT about the CRM platform (Nimble), but about this accessory tool that is made to go with it. Like the Zoho CRM and HubSpot CRM browser plugins, this is designed to eliminate the need for lots of typing when trying to get content about contacts off of web pages and into the CRM. What this does REALLY WELL is go out and attempt to find all the social media accounts associated with a person. Cool! What it does INCONSISTENTLY is pull information from LinkedIn profile pages. For example, it pulls in the company name as Chief Bottle Washer at Acme Company, instead of just "Acme Company". this error in parsing means typing and editing -- which is what this extension should eliminate. And it doesn't pull ANY of the other info (phone, twitter account, email address).

its not working properly its not helpfull, i was using to last 1 year but now is not showing any email id in gmail...problem is that i making any email so not showing any activity in gmail like not showing linkedin profile ,personal photo etc...soo please fix it this problem ???

Nimble is by far one of the best SMB CRM in the marketplace currently, their customer service is friendly and helpful. Generally the UI and UX is good, though would like to see more refined polish to the overall design/visuals throughout the site. One noticeable area which is lacking is their complete lack of adequate third-party integration, you cannot offer a extremely limited integration service via a third party called "PieSync" which is mediocre at very best and present it as a integration service. Most other CRM's covering the the SMB sector offer direct integrations with various popular APPS. This is the area which will facilitate growth for Nimble in the long term...direct third-party APP integration.

The whole Nimble system is fantastic. It's easy to use and intuitive. If you are in business, whether startup or established the way it plugs into email, processes, and sales funnels is really great. (oops, this is my main account that I use Nimble on)

Love the way Nimble works with social media networks and allows you to so easily add new people to Nimble that you find on social media platforms! Saves on typing which is always a good thing for me, what with all my typos ;-)

I love this program. It has saved me time, created more efficiency and I no longer search everywhere for contacts and all the information on each one. In addition, the customer service team is AWESOME! I had many questions at the beginning as I was new to this and they were quick and gave unending clear support. Thank You.

Great solution, great value. The gmail/notification capabilities are particularly useful.

It's great when it works, but half of the time it doesn't "connect" to my gmail. I have Chrome browser, with GMail professional. I have to re-install the Chrome extension when it stops working. That kicks it into functioning again, usually. That lasts for a while. Other than that annoying fact, when it works, it works well.

Nimble saves me so much time and money! Previously I had very cumbersome and somewhat manual processes over various platforms for gathering prospect information, keeping in touch with my clients and keeping my team on the same page. The ability consolidate these processes into one platform and drill down into the data on these processes and analyse my business has increased my profitability for certain. But the most AMAZING part is that it gives us the ability to easily create an AMAZING CLIENT EXPERIENCE! Thank you Nimble!

I've tried lots of CRM tools over the years, but it is a CRM tools integration into apps and websites that really separates the men from the boys. Nimble's Chrome contact widget works flawlessly. I can be on pretty much any website, highlight an individual or a company, and Nimble will instantly go away and automagically gather information to display to me. It really does make the difference for me between buying and implementing a CRM package, and *using* a CRM package. Thanks, Team Nimble!

Nimble is such an easy to implement customer relationship tool for this fledgling entrepreneur. It helps me organize my clients and prospects. I now can quickly reference key information about my clients and prospects and schedule timely follow-ups. Nimble integrates easily with my contacts and calendar and the phone app keeps all of my information at hand wherever I go. Nimble is the only living CRM. With all other CRM’s you input your contacts and then they just lay dormant waiting until you reconnect with them to pull down the information you put up on the shelf. Nimble works for you in the background. It gleans from the information you give it and comes up with more information and more important suggests that helps you make new contacts and stay in touch with current ones. Nimble just makes me better at what I do.

I finally found a contact tool that works the way I do! Nimble makes it sooo easy to constantly work on my press list and contacts list. Thanks Nimble!

Good, but bit buggy, and doesn't recognize the linkedin profile I'm on.

I cannot imagine life without this tool anymore. You have to give this a try to truly understand how amazing it is. No other solution pulls up so much info so easily for you about contacts and people anywhere on the internet!

Solid Widget and Improvements.

I can't recall when I DID NOT use this! If you have used Rapportive or Charlie App it is those two in one place ;-) Being able to check people's info fast in the side bar and search new people is a VERY valuable and time saving tool for me researching podcast guests. I have been using Nimble non-stop for over five years now for a combination of keeping track of freelance clients, researching people for interviews and sending communications to the coworking space I help run. As with every type of app or software product if you are willing to put the effort into learning how to use it you will save time and be significantly more productive.

Nimble has drastically helped my Client database become manageable for me. I am now organized and able to successfully stay in touch with contacts which in turn keeps me in their minds for projects. It's a fun way to handle CRM, and quite relaxing!

The Nimble contacts app is the best solution if you want to know more about your customers. It is easy to use, very user friendly and connects to your Nimble crm without any other plugins needed. Besides that, adding new customers is done with just one click so no need to fill in large forms of information. We use it in our entire organisation.

This is the biggest time saver. Every other CRM that I have used makes me a slave to data input whereas Nimble inputs more data for me than I would normally have time for.

I love this extension - it is such a great time saver. Out of the CRMs I've tested, Nimble is my favorite (and the only I use now) because of its integration with social networks. This extension is just cleverly made - I use it to quickly enter profiles I browse with LinkedIn. Good job!

The Nimble CRM contacts widget is extremely helpful and time saving when it comes to adding new contacts from LinkedIn.

Nimble is a terrific tool and having this extension within Gsuit is definitely a home run. Many of the Nimble app features are available making your customer contact practically seamless. Nimble was developed by a contact industry pioneer who fully understands how customer contact really works.

This is an awesome timesaver. I use the plug in to help me identify potential clients, learn about their social presence and to quickly add them to my Nimble contacts. It is great for campaign building and saves me a ton of time typing in details into my CRM system.- Nimble of course.

Great Widget for Nimble!

This extension is well written and reliable for me. If you are in your gmail or on LinkedIn you can save tons of time in data entry by just grabbing the information and having it added to Nimble seamlessly. While adding things you can also tag them so you can line up calls for the next week and really organize your sales/marketing. I highly recommend it.

This is a top-notch extension that compliments the mobile app and website. It allows me to search and gather info on any person that I have interest in or will be meeting with(before the meeting), right from within my gmail account. There is no other like it, thanks for creating it!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you've got Nimble, you must have the contacts widget. It works tremendously well and having it open will continuously remind you to USE Nimble. You must have a CRM and you must keep it up to date. I love Nimble because it's easy and fun to use.

This is great. So easy now to add contact details from any website, social network, gmail or list in Google Docs to the crm and organise the contact for future follow ups. Easy, fast and all in one place. Genius!!

I love Nimble, and I love being able to add contacts into it through this extension. It saves me a ton of time and data entry in trying to keep up with leads and prospects.

The Nimble Widget is helpful for getting information into Nimble quickly when you're doing client research. There are some parts of the interface that I wish were more intuitive - I have to remind myself of how they work after not using it for awhile - but that's a small annoyance compared to the up side of the widget.

You want know more about a person, particularly on Social Media or Gmail and then without leaving that "Tab" you want to add them to your Nimble CRM database? If you do, I highly recommend Nimble's Contact Widget. I use it many times a day. I save time and learn a lot about people I'm in contact with. This helps me build better relationships faster. Try it, you won't regret it.

So cool, the import tool makes creating new relationships so easy. From contact request to database in couple of clicks!

This is just so simple. Not perfect and sometimes bugged, but there is no such thing as a perfect CRM: This makes your life SO MUCH easier!

It gives a lot of insight in a discreet manner about all those entities and people you interact with over Gmail

I did extensive testing and research before deleting all others. Nimble is by far the best CRM out there and it's so affordable, agile, mobile. LOVE IT!

Great tool for a great product!

I downloaded Nimble about a week ago, and wanted to use the app for client nurturing specifically. I had some questions and wanted answers, which I received quite quickly from Joseph, Product Marketing Manager @ Nimble, after emailing him. He took the time to answer all of my questions, sent me more videos on how to use Nimble and even suggested some ways to achieve my client classification that weren't necessarily explained in any videos. It was a quick and efficient email exchange, and I was quite please by how good of a customer service Nimble has to offer. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to connect with clients, lead and even friends!

An excuse to Data Mine your personal information for free. They get you to link to your databases. Display of contacts and use them is poor(never saw a list)

If you're on Google Apps, you should be on Nimble. Simply the best CRM for maintaining personal relationships.

There's no question whether or not a Nimble user should use this extension. It's a must have for sales professionals that use Nimble.

Huge help to pull in new contacts from Gmail, LinkedIn, etc etc etc! I use it extensively when I read through on-line industry publications to add people or companies that featured in the articles. Then I send them a quick email or other social media 'reach-out' to congratulate them. Prospecting is now ultra efficient and actually fun!

Really like this. Adds social overlay information right inside Gmail and blows away Rapportive. Add the extension to your browser and leave it open as you do your email. You can easily grab contact info directly from your inbox and add to Nimble.

Its ok. Can't see the use for it as it only works if the contact is within Nimble. What is the user case if the contact is already in Nimble? Won't you already have looked there - and accesses whatever you need through there rather than doing some sort of name search with no relation to anything? -- Understand the User case now (increased the star by 1) - won't work for me personally as I tend to work differently, and I wouldn't want to import before assessing, but after some testing I definitely can see the use for it for it in some cases. It also works very very smoothly.

Now that I figured out that you highlight the contact first, it works well for me!

It's amazing! Now I just need it for Firefox.... I feel totally spoiled by how fast Nimble fleshes out my contacts.

As Dave said, you need to "select" or highlight the name before you right click for it to show up in the sub menu, but it's a neat feature once you know that! :)

Good Extension

Very cool.. Will be very useful for me. Use a bit quirky so still 4 stars. I found (so did Des and Rob) that for me it does not quite work the same as it did in the video that Eric did. Eric was able to hover over a link and right click. That does not work for me. I have to hilite (in my case turn it blue) the name/link, right click while still hilited, and it works perfectly.

Nimble continues to impress with every new feature but reserving a star to see if it is fully baked... so far seems good but still a bit soft in middle. NOTE requires a Chrome restart to see menus etc. (is that normal?). Some of the action buttons don't seem to respond.

It doesnt work on my sytem.. the extension is added to chrome but that right click menu in the video does not appear anywhere. Cant see any settings that are changeable to make it appear either. I like the concept though!
