The extension was a life-saver for our move from IE to Chrome on our POS stations using Altru. BUT WAIT! on 12/5/18 the latest version of Chrome (71.0.3578.80) is no longer compatible with this extension! The Workstation Interface in Altru is no longer loaded and displays an error that the extension is not compatible with this version of the browser. Because of this our ticket and receipt printers do not work the cash drawer does not operate (it's controlled through the Epson receipt printer). I contacted Blackbaud support but I have not heard anything back from them regarding this error. I downgraded Chrome to the last known working version (70.0.3538.110) and this solved the problem with the printers. I've had to disable Chrome updates until the extension is fixed, which could expose my system to potential vulnerabilities. When the extension works, it's great. But currently it's broken and until Blackbaud or Google get their act together, it's not a solution.
