To anyone looking for a great peace of software for your controller board and great music to play on it or use it with your own music. Youdj is the one you want. It is also run by someone the creator who puts his money where his mouth is. This isnt a big company as I thought years ago just someone out there looking to make our live just a little bit better! For that I am truly greatful! To the creator thank you very much!

paid up for full package now its unusable, but no help all you get is that its out of his control, so are refunds out of his control too, never ever worked as sold, steer clear of this app, it will cause nothing but problems, and even if you manage to record and save a mix the stupid app wont find it and says make sure your logged in which i am, its an effing disgrace.

This review is for the free version as I have not paid for any upgrade although I may upgrade in the future. Currently I believe this extension is great. It is so nice to see the developer still staying involved with updates and fixes too. The negative reviews on here seem to mostly be from people (some even being professional DJs) wanting something for nothing. I find it mind boggling that people would purchase professional midi equipment and then use a free browser extension for gigs and then complain about the results. I mean how much sense does that even make? And reviews are no place for feedback on app functionality. Emailing the dev makes more sense for that, does it not? For those of you thinking about installing this - My suggestion is to go for it . Don't take anyone's word on here and just check this out for yourself in your spare time. It is free so there is nothing to lose by trying it out real quick :) Stay safe - Peace and love!

I have been using this app for a few years now and it worked great. Seems, as of now all my favorites from you tube are no longer playing. The "Search on youtube" is no longer available. The only option available is to search on SoundCloud. Does any oneknow how I can get the search on youtube back?

how do i get my midi devices to respond? they get recognized right away but the app dosnt respond to any button presses and i cant re map anything either cause it doesnt detect any button presses

great app. esp seeing how most of it is free. the superstar level 3 is well worth the money and an exceptional deal . my only issue so far is that i recorded a set for 1.5 hours and the file was gone. not sure what happened. maybe it was a bug or there is a time limit... i just use other means to record now but as that was a couple years ago, maybe its time to try again.

I can't give it more than 1 star when it doesn't work. Worked OK with Pioneer DDJ 200, but although the developer advises the mappings are built by the community it also advertises it works with a range of controllers. The Pioneer DDJ 400 just wouldn't map and the Numark Mixtrack Platinum will map and work fine until the record button is pressed in the desktop app, before the headphones turn in to a second set of speakers. As I write this the site is down, I've waited over a week for a response to a query, followed up my email tonight and got a stock reply.

I love this app but when I tried playing videos from YouTube, I always get this error message "Video unavailable. This video is restricted from being viewed on this domain."

I had this Dj app for a while to help get some of the fundamentals of mixing. But after paying for the higher levels( which were a reasonable price that I can't complain) to advance myself with a Dj controller deck, it started not to work anymore. I am giving this app a 1 star for the fact that I paid money and the app suddenly doesn't work anymore. If you need a Dj software, I would those that already come with the controller and purchase a different laptop for your music only.

Let me do some explaining... I loved this app when I first downloaded it in 2018... Just today (3/2/2020) I went into the app and it's not loading anything. it says that the song is missing and that it was deleted from soundcloud. anyways I'm kinda sad about it now because I had a brilliant idea for what I wanted to do, but I can't do it now... is it just a problem on my end? I'm connected to the wifi, so it's for sure not that... am I missing something?

I love this it's amazing. I've always wanted a way to remix songs, and practice for a music career. But the one thing I wish is that the mix files could be downloaded and posted as a youtube video to further share creativity. Thank u if u have read this and for making such an awesome app.

I love this app!!!!! It makes it possible for beginners to DJ without having a mac or windows computer. The only problem I have though is that in its newest update my controller no longer lights up when I turn on the software! As you can guess it makes it a lot harder to dj. Please fix this.

i love this app i dj every time. And thank god i'm in thanksgiving vacation because i get to use this app.

Sometimes this app works sometimes it don't. Now when I attempt to record it tells me to press ctrl and y ...all this does is stop the sound ...so can't record. The page also acts weird lately. Songs take ages to upload and my paid link will not even upload ..it just stops not allowing me to play any thing. It used to be good :( PS CONTACT THEM AND GET NO WHERE I AM DONE!

Don't waste your money! I paid for the MIDI unlock feature and premium. The web app constantly stops in the middle of tracks and there are lag issues when it is running. I wasn't even able to download the desktop app. Support answered my first email and then I sent them a video of the issue and I have been ignored since. Not good considering I paid more than 20euro for this.

Splitter not working. Using a mixtrack pro and a Chromebook. Fix for five stars. Great app just wish I didn't pay if the headphone preview doesn't work.

When I click on the button for the extension, music starts but I can't see the window it opened. if I click on it again a second track starts, then I can't access either window. If I long press on the chrome icon I can see the windows listed but if I click no it or select open all windows, nothing happens.

SIMPLY THE BEST THERE IS

Compared To Other Softwares Used On Macbook & Windows It Could Use Some Pretty Important Improvements Such As Waveform Reconstruction. The Wave System It Uses Now Isnt As Accurate As It Could Be. I Use a Mixtrack Pro II Midi With This Software And My Jog Wheels Wont Function As They Would With Another Software, Resulting In Really High Pitch Backspins And I Cant Even Use Them To Beat Match Properly Without It Pushing Through Half The Song. Maybe Features and Infrastructure are More Adept With The New Desktop Midi Version But Idk. I Enjoy The Software Overall But Want To Know How Things Will Go As Far As Full Midi Syncing & Correcting The Waveforms, Its a Great Software For Novice Mixing But Lacks The Features For Moderate and Advanced DJs. Cant Stress Enough That The Way The Waveforms Are Formated and Midi Controls Are Set Up Now Makes It Really Hard To Beat Match For a Smooth Mix.

I subscribed to this site on 12/22/18 the premium with midi did not unlock. I sent email, filed a report with paypal. They donot seem to want to address this issue, as they have not returned any emails. Their site is compromised as within a few hours paypal account information was leaked and i ended up with a fake order for ordering a dj controller on ebay. I am begging to believe that this site does not care about taking peoples money and delivering the right product. This is my history with them. I do not want this to happen to you!. they claim they are "We are a group of cool guys from Fayetteville (USA)" but there phone number is in France.

Used this last night after paying for the upgrade to run a karaoke night using YouTube videos on a laptop and large screen. Excellent bit of software that made the evening run smoothly and so much easier than constantly switching between tabs on the PC. Slight lag on controls from MIDI controller, but as it's not being used for mixing music it didn't cause a problem. Thanks guys for creating such a killer app!

My only issue with this site is that you can't download your mix unless you get the paid version, like we "made" the mix, we've got 102% right to download it for free and without downloading the application. please fix this

its a wicked app and u can talk to other peeps and share ur mixes with them if u want to and u can get music off utube which is one thing i love about it.

The extension automatically reinstalls itself after repeated removal.

I noticed the same issue as someone else recently. Bought the premium service and now the website says it no longer exists.

so the website went down.

Worked for the first couple of weeks then as soon as I paid for the premium membership it would say the site was taking to long to load. After that it wouldn't even go to the website showing the domain name was gone. I would be cautious in loading and certainly with paying for the full membership.

Tried to uninstall the extension from google chrome and it continues to reinstall itself without permission. Do not install if you don't want to have this extension literally forever.

If you say that it's a bug where the app keeps re-installing itself because of a change in chrome, how about giving people a walkthrough on how to properly remove the application. I'm using new computer that has never had you.dj installed and it syncs across all my devices and CANNOT be removed.
