Great Please link Github repo here.
It is an extremely useful extension, and allows you to focus on the columns you need. If I could have a way to hide the list of columns that I make, with a "hide and show" it would be incredible, personally it bothers me that I take so much space on the screen
A great extension, it's exactly what I wanted to help me focus on just the lists I'm working with, put Trello on half a screen, and avoid having to scroll sideways. Does one thing and does it well. :)
Used to be useful! Now List Toggle disappears whenever a new card is added and you have to reload the page every time that happens
I live in Trello and use this all the time. It's a step up from archiving; I sometimes get lost searching for something in the archive. With this extension, I can just hide a list at-will. To help me focus, I keep most lists hidden while I'm working on a specific item.
great! BUT why do the extension need permission to my browsing history ??
Well, if you're okay refreshing the page every few minutes to get the list bar to return, then its worth it. For me, it is for now... but I'd suggest looking around a bit first - many another option?
Does exactly what I need, super easy to show only the lists I want when :)
Works great when it's there, but after a short period is disappears and the page has to be constantly refreshed.
Works great! Except bug on reload screen. Also-- too big!
It was great when it worked :(
Extension no longer supported.
Great tool. Sometimes you need to clear the decks. I find it is of great value to clean my works space and only see the actionable items.
It's great when it works. But half the time it disappears from the status bar which causes it to be more trouble than helpful... Dev seems to have abandoned it since others have been complaining and no fix or updates since July.
It is impossible for me to unhide the lists(
This is an amazing extension, sadly the menu only shows up sporadically so I have to refresh my browser multiple times until it comes back. :/ Windows 10 64bit Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) Edit: If I move a list I can get the menu to come back.
It was great until it stopped working. Please fix it!
Was good, stopped working. Please fix it, was super useful!
Stopped working - This is a must have extension for Trello. However it only works sporadically. Mac OS 10.12.6 - Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100
The bug I reported seems fixed... that was quick turnaround, nice!
Was good, stopped working
Was good. Stopped working.
Was good, stopped working
THANK YOU for this! Exactly what I needed!
Very handy for staying focused without the issue of "out of sight, out of mind". I use it daily. :)
Great extension that helps a lot with reducing clutter on larger boards.
Очень удобно! Удобнее, чем Trello Flow.
works like a charm...exactly what I was looking for. Now I can HIDE every list but the DOING one...and viola...my to-do list search is complete.
This extension has the potential to be a game changer for teams managing multiple products/applications - however, the performance is inconsistent. I would say 50% of the time the extension doesn't appear, or appears briefly and then disappears. I am forced to sign out and back in again to get it to work. Buggy at this point.
Love this little tool. Only suggestion: I would like to be able to hide the UI (the bar this extension adds) and only show it when I want to filter lists. Maybe a little arrow to collapse/expand the bar so it's not always sitting there.
This a very nice little extension that's simple but useful. I've been going through basically every Trello Chrome extension that looks promising and preferably not unique, or at least improves upon the idea. Trello is one of my favorite productivity tools and before I create my own application for project management, I see how it can be tweaked in some ways. There are a few ways I've seen people do to make the large boards easier to manage. It's usually by changing the layout style or having buttons for strenously collapsing every list by hand, and better yet, bundled together with half a dozen features that can't be disabled. I haven't seen this kind of solution to this problem yet, and I salute you for it. I do have a few small suggestions, both regarding the same issue. Often, when I have several boards and not to mention info from other important extensions cluttering the space above the lists, the names take up a lot of space and are harder to navigate. As far as I could tell, there weren't any options at all, but how about adding just a few options, here are my solutions for this problem: 1. User could choose to have long titles cut off after # of characters, so "Trello API documentation for dev community" might turn into just "Trello API documentation..". Overall, it saves some space. 2. Simply allow changing the list names that are shown up into what you as a user prefer, not just to save space either but to make them memorable. 3. Something that's harder to develop but wouldn't be so much work for the casual user is using regex to only show the part that is before, after or between something. Maybe you have lists with similar names but distinct them somehow. Maybe on an entertainment todo board, "Books to read" or "Games to play" is redundant", so you could show the title up to the "to" part, in that case. Or maybe you want to bluntly discard text before or after a divider, like a triple ///. Whatever floats your boat. 4. Changing the position of the ba below the lists would differentiate it. If feasible, it might be easiest implement, bit I'd still love to see thsethough I'd still love even a few options), if that's feasible. Miniscual changes to formatting could help a lot in handling the information: a horizontal list makes them not stand out. Just a little | between each title might surprise you how the usability shoots up. Sorry for the lengthy review - as a software developer obsessed with productivity, I love collaborating and giving feedback on others projects.
must have for many-lists user
This is just so elegant a solution. My work flow lives and dies by this simple tool
Useful and helps my messy mind to get more clear!
I love it so far. Does exactly what I want which is to hide and show lists. A proposed additional feature is to hide/show (or better replace) the "Add a list.."
I love it - I also use it as a way to review what lists I have in a board (hidden or not) Would be cool if you could double check a list and be able to navigate to the desired list. Thank you!
Very useful tool.
I have two google accounts. I give this 10 stars!
I don't know what everyone is saying - this has been working great for me.
This extension would be a huge improvement for Trello, if it weren't so sluggish.
Exactly what I needed! Why isn't this built in? Maybe it would be: Email [email protected] with the subject "Collapsible Lists" See this for why: http://webapps.stackexchange.com/questions/27539/how-do-i-hide-and-show-entire-tasks-lists-in-trello#comment21501_27729
Just like Gabriele Farei said. An extremely useful feature which was solely responsible for my renewed interest in Trello after years of using various other paid tools. Having said that, it disappears from time to time causing major issues in busy boards. If this gets fixed my review will be 4/5.
It worked for me just fine. It is a nice addition for my Trello. Very helpful!
Very good and useful extension but as some of the comments below, the UI could be more readable and it disappears from time to time making it a bit unreliable if you base your workflow on it. As below, fixing the sporadic appearance would bump my rating to 4/5 stars as it is a very much needed feature.
It says it's installed but i don't see the top bar at all.
Does exactly what it says. Very useful for when you want to hide other lists and just focus on one list to get stuff done.
good idea. but not working and doesn't seem to be supported by author.
Super useful. Boards with lots of lists suffer because the list names dominate the screen and push the actual lists right down. Would be nice to have better overflow behaviour.
I didn't found horizontal scrolling but yeah hiding the list option is very useful
I've had the same issue with the extension working only sometimes. If I manually refresh the page, it seems to work on the current board, but if I navigate to a different board it doesn't always show. Also, the formatting is really hard to read if you have trello gold and use different backgrounds. With a dark background, I can barely see the "Hide all" button. With a light background, I can barely see the list names. The transparency on the list container needs to go away.
This works great, thanks!
Works every time for me...
Very good
Would be great if it worked. It worked when I first installed it, but now it rarely works and somewhat randomly. If it worked all the time, I'd give it 5 stars.
Yes, works! Then what i need.
Works for me. Exactly what I wanted.
I like the idea, but it doesn't work.
Not working.
Cannot get this to work.
I really like this extension, when it works. It adds the top-bar to my trello boards very inconsistently. When it loads, it's great - but it's frustrating when I'm expecting to not see specific lists on a board, but they end up being there because the extension didn't load correctly.
I like the idea, but can anyone make this work?
Cleared cache and restarted browser, cannot get it to show.
