After testing this extension , I discovered it is very basic and does absolutly nothing special.. there are others that are alot more powerful with more capability.. Its only thing is that it displays all the detected images in a new tab which is an idea that i like.. Also it cannot detect images within saved offline html files, or images generated from scripts..

Indicates that images were downloaded, but no way to find out where. They don't show up in default download folder, so probably didn't download. A waste of time.

Wow. I'm shocked this is not more popular! I've used 40+ different image downloaders over the past 2 years and this is one of the best (the other, GetThemAll, is no longer available). The screenshots show a full-screen view, but you can also use in "Popup Mode" without a new tab being opened to show the images. It's also one of the only image downloaders that persists your filter preferences between each use. There is only one tiny shortcoming that I suspect will be resolved in the future. There is no individual download option. Currently you can (a) select the image (to download as a .ZIP batch), (b) choose an icon to copy the URL, or (c) open the image in a new tab. With most other image downloaders there is also an icon for downloading the individual image, and/or simply right-clicking and choosing save-as. Neither of those is available in this tool, which means you'll have to open in a new tab, then right-click and choose to save. I suspect this may be a feature coming in a future version as this is a pretty common approach in image downloaders. I hope more people discover this so that the author continues development. Amazing extension that deserves to be the most popular in Chrome Market.
