The Gmelius extension should be good and as a paying customer for many years I have been delighted with it - however they have recently decided to posted aggressive pop-ads that promote there other packaged right in the middle of your Gmail windows - no matter how often you decline as soon as you reopen Gmail the ad reappears. It is a disgrace.

Handy in some cases, but it marks emails that I open myself as "opened", which is a huge issue I have not been able to solve.

Classic bait and switch.

They remove features without warning and refuse to refund anything when their product no longer works. Definitely find a different software.

Gmelius pulled the classic bait and switch. Get users on the platform and use them for bug reports, suggestions, and improvements then drop them and switch to paid only. There is no problem with paid apps and freemium models, but dropping EXISTING users is bad business. For this reason, I won't upgrade.

Really intuitive and reliable product with TOP customer service

I really like this extension and use it everyday. This said, I cannot find someone to talk to as I have some issues, and there is no way to contact someone to help me with these. I go on using this app, as working with Gmail as a professional tool is a challenge, but since sometime it is in degraded mode, hence the 3 stars.

Gave it a shot after seeing the great reviews and being a long time mailtrack user. It blocks mail track from working and when testing it by sending an email to another account the tracking was not accurate. It said the email was instantly read when it was not and then did not tell me it had been opened on mobile but instead said it was opened on desktop. It has no link tracking. When I started using it my emails started getting bounced by delivery servers due to 'organisational settings'. I had high hopes for this as mailtrack is far from perfect but unfortunately I will be going back.

Edit Mar2020: The hide search bar header and logo feature has been remove. Too disappointing. Add it back. The new interface is very very bad. It hides half of the top navigation buttons.(I have kept the search bar hidden) The old design was perfect, looked part of gmail. Now its like like a security alert hanging above the browser. The features are the same old good things.

Gemelius recently removed, without notice, all of the HUGELY popular gmail customization features. Very disappointed - downgrading my rating to 2 stars....

They suddenly updated the Board functionality without saying anything so I lost all my saved task as it's now empty, migration wont work.. so be very careful!

Their customer service is better than any product I've tried so far! After the customer service guided me into activating the kanban board, I'm blown away by how this feature will enhance our working process! A couple of area can be improved but the core feature is solid!

I particularly like the ability track read emails and schedule emails with templates. I use this add-on everyday and find it is worth the cost of the upgrade!

I want to keep it short, this extension will save you a huge amount of time and the support team is awesome they will help you with almost everything.

Best Email Tracker

Awesome product and the most reliable email tracker I have ever used. I have a really high degree of confidence in the email tracking from Gmelius. The mail-merge campaigns & reports and other features that Gmelius offers are also superb. I highly recommend it!

Gmelius is a great piece of software. We use it every day to stay on top of important items. We also use the shared label functionality and the collaboration tools to cut down on email and keep the team up to date. Send later, snooze, templates, sequences, and open tracking are just a few of the items we use every single day. Also the price is fair and the support is awesome.

I've been using Gmelius for at least a year. I love it's email tracking features and the ability to have an email pop back into my inbox at specific times. I'm also impressed with their customer service. I recently had an issue where the solution wasn't immediately obvious. Tech support kept at it until the problem was solved even though I am using the free version of the software.

Great tool! Very useful and makes your Gmail inbox much more productive! It is like Gmail on steroids! Definitely recommend! :)

I primarily use Gmelius for their amazing Snooze functionality. You easily choose when you want to followup on a specific email without fail. Now it is impossible to let anything fall through the cracks regardless of how big or small! Download it and give it a try!

I've been using Gmelius for a few years, and I've rarely if ever been as impressed with an add-on or extension. The functions it offers are wide ranging and immensely practical---but it is also the ease of the extension that makes it so worthwhile. I use it daily, and I feel as if I couldn't live without it now.

Great tool! My inbox drives my workflow and Gmelius really streamlines how I work with my emails. I love being able to write private notes on emails so I can keep track of what's happening with a client. Gmelius has totally enhanced my daily productivity. Highly recommended!

Great tool, a game changer in fact. I am now able to set a sequence of emails so nothing gets forgotten about and i don't spend all day chasing for replies. Set the sequence and its all automated. Easy to use and the few times I've had to contact support for help I found them very attentive. All good

Great tool if you mainly use Gmail. The big advantage of Gmeilus is you can use familiar Gmail webpage, unlike other tools which force you to use their own pages.

Got an email from Gmelius with a tracker image - it wasn't blocked by the extension which is pretty hypocritical. Make sure to disable images to stop Gmelius from tracking you. Also, tracker blocking messes up images in certain emails and every time I try to turn it off, it turns back on. Seems like a broken extension made by hypocrites.

Best CRM yet. Affordable, easy to use, super responsive team. What isn't to love?! I highly highly highly recommend this extension to anyone who felt the typical alternatives (Hub Spot, Copper, Pipedrive, etc) were too complicated or too expensive.

Love Gmelius, I consider this a core app. Gmelius tidys everything up and lets me see what I want to see and hides everything else. I use the premium version, in fact it's the only Chrome extension I pay for!

I live in a different state than my parents, and email is the best way to communicate with them - they still think it's cool. Gmelius is my secret weapon in this scenario. If I don't see a response to my email within a week I no longer have to worry about whether they're dead or just ignoring me. (I do prefer the latter.) Gmelius tells me whether my email has been read. :-) Okay, on to the real stuff. There are very few Chrome Extensions out there that provide so many options to use in Gmail and G Suite. Sharing inboxes and having the opportunity to take others' thoughts into consideration via conference call is unparalleled. Features that I found to be most helpful to me in my work environment include the CRM tool, the ability to corral email so that it's more manageable, and the user-friendly interface. Now that I'm retired, I still find Gmelius to be an inherent part of tracking family matters (who is responsible for what) and to keep me organized. I'm sure that before I used Gmelius my email drove me crazy, but remembering those days is simply a useless activity. I can't endorse this product enough - I love it!

I've purchased the Premium version as it makes Gmail so easy to customise. I'm really happy with it and it makes my Gmail more user friendly.

Tried YesWare and other Email Template handlers, and there is no comparison. Hands down, Gmeliius is the brightest and best. We do not use the other rich features of Gmelius, but expect that if we ever decide to put these other features to use, that we would find the same perfection. We use the paid version so that we can run it on Android. Money well spent.

Love so many features! A huge time-saver with the templates, ands welcoming the sequences! A bug report was also quickly attended to.

I like it and appreciate the functionality, when it works. Randomly, or so it seems, some email messages don't get tracked. The "double check mark" appears in the email I'm about to send, but no tracking occurs. Also, if I "pop out" an email message, then tracking and delayed send are not available. I've also noticed that, for emails that are tracked, if I open the email message, it will suddenly show that one of the recipients has opened the email (even when I know they haven't.) But I really appreciate being able to add notes and think the overall tool is good, even if not 100% reliable.

A very useful tool, in everyday use by extensive team of +30 users in different departments. Cost for the tool are reasonable for the offered functionality and especially for the support given to the users is extremely well. Always fast to answer questions, changes / bugs are removed under short notice.

Well worth the price! I used to hate emails, but Gmelius has made it so much less of a chore, and allowed me to be much more productive. I've previously used and looked into other Gmail management tools, and Gmelius is one of the most robust and feature-rich of the bunch. Definitely recommend it!

This extension is worth the price. All the previous problems have been solved, working great now. I am eager to see the mobile app to be able to have the same features on my phone.

Great app! Use the Send Later function to specify in greater detail when to send a future mail. Still waiting on display of attachments at the top, when opening messages. Keep up the great work.

This is one of the best extensions I've ever used. I had some problems and never it was delayed to resolve it. Guys in the team are courteous and knowledgeable but the best thing is that they never give it up until the problem is completely solved. Very happy with this extension.

Brilliant extension! Have been using it for years for my personal emails and now couldn't live without the customisation that Gmelius provides. I only use a fraction of its potential and have just started assisting a non-profit so I'm trying to talk them into adopting the paid version of Gmelius with their G-suite account so I can play with ...err "utilise" some of the more advanced CRM and team based features. I've been spoilt by this product and it's fair to say that when I'm on a machine without Gmelius I get frustrated at the basic Gmail. This is one of those things in life (like heated hand-grips on a motorcycle) that you don't think you really need until you've actually had it - then there's no going back. Customer service is prompt, personal and effective. I highly recommend this extension and strongly suggest you at least give it a try (you won't regret it.)

Fantastic add-in that does the things gmail ought to do on its own but doesn't. Labels on the right! Snooze/remind! Code block/markdown! These and many, many more. Support is prompt, friendly, and thorough. New features are rolled out thoughtfully.

These guys really care about quality of life features and it shows. I initially got this addon so I could easily unsubscribe from spammy emails that inevitably get sent to my work email account, but ended up enjoying many of the other numerous features as well. Great job guys!

We use Gmelius daily. Has a lot of tools and they are constantly adding features.

If I only had to keep one Chrome extension it would be Gmelius. It makes working with Gmail so productive. I am more efficient and effective than before. I have been using Gmelius for a few years now and I wouldn't be without it. The features are what Google should have built into Gmail in the first place, but didn't. So, I'm glad the folks at Gmelius took up the challenge. The extension is regularly updated and their support is fantastic with rapid responses to the few questions I have needed answering. Don't dither; just get Gmelius, you'll be glad you did.

Great Chrome app - adds some really useful features for managing your Gmail. Once you've used it for a while you can't do without it. Good prompt support too.

Gmelius turns Gmail into a marketing superpower. I handle all my client communication and email workflows / marketing needs with it for almost a year now, and I haven't had a single complaint. Awaiting a mobile app, due out later this year, which will put it over to the five-star category. UPDATE: The mobile app is here and it's wonderful. You can use it as your primary portal to Gmail or (as I do) simply use it to keep track of your campaigns and have access to your templates. Love Gmelius!

By far one of my favorite extensions for Gmail and helps me stay on top of things in my business. New features added regularly and the support is great! Happy to pay for this service.

I just moved here from Yesware and found that Gmelius engineered in designing its flow of works for users and lovely interface. Their free version is better than other's paid and paid plans are at a reasonable cost. Thanks to Gmelius team. :-) // Atik

I love Gmelius! It covers a lot of bases of things I need. The templates are a massive time saver for me as well as the reminders (scheduled, recurring, one-off's etc). To be fair I am learning as I go on, there is still stuff I've not looked at. If you use Gmail, I would recommend you looking into this. This is one service I am happy to pay for.

First off, I LOVE the concept of this, especially how it integrates seamlessly with gmail...or at least it's supposed to. I'm giving this a low rating because although it worked well at first, having this "on" has made my gmail practically unusable. Gmelius has considerably slowed down my gmail and causes it to freeze and crash CONSTANTLY. Like at least once or twice ever hour, which is a lot considering that 90% of my job is done via my email. It also causes a lot of frustrating typing bugs when I'm drafting emails that's too complicated to explain here. I've done troubleshooting with their support team and honestly haven't gotten any results. I don't know if they haven't been able to keep up with the latest gmail/google chrome updates or what, but it's a shame that I paid upfront for an annual subscription but have had to disable it on my gmail just so I can be productive.

This is one of those "how did I live before this?!" apps! It's very easy and intuitive to set up, and the support is outstanding.

As a busy business owner I'm always looking for ways to automate and make myself more efficient. With emails I'm in them all day and traditionally I would just set a reminder in my calendar or a task in my CRM to 'call Jim back' after I sent Jim an email. With Gmelius I know depend on it to basically send back an email to me in a certain time frame. So I can tell Gmelius 'send this email back to me if Jim doesn't respond in 6 days' or pick the time frame. It is a MUST HAVE in my business and honestly it didn't work for one day (user error) and I realized how dependent I had become on this brilliant product. Thanks for all that you do!

I run a small business and using Gmelius to better organize my canned responses (pre-written email templates) has been SO helpful! Gmail's canned responses feature was too basic for me, and it was always hard to sort through and find the canned response I needed since I had over 30 canned responses. Now, with Gmelius, I can sort my canned responses into folders, and I can even use a search function to quickly find the canned response I am looking for. I now have hundreds of canned responses, and emailed back and forth with clients is so fast and easy. Gmelius is a HUGE time saver. Highly recommended.

Very customisable using {{around anything you like!|}} Has significantly help with our productivity

I have been using this service for many years and have seen them grow faster and faster each time. Their product is now very robust and helps us efficiently handle our customer service department. It can be used in so many ways. We are always looking forward for their updates. But besides a great product that is constantly being updated their customer service department is the best. Extremely responsive and always there to help and answer even the simplest questions.

I can highly recommend this addon. It's also fanatically supported.

Very useful add-on that makes Gmail and G Suite so much more useful. I especially love the features to customize the look of my inbox, for example the ability to move the labels on each mail to the right. Also, very good and very fast technical support when an issue came up from the extension's interaction with other add-ons.

I used to love this now I can't enable most features in the new Gmail because it slows down the initial opening and loading of gmail.com really badly. :(

Very very hard to decide between Gmelius and Mixmax. For email tracking, both are equally good. Mixmax has way more features, and some killer ones to boot. Totally agree with others, its a light CRM. Gmelius cuts down the fluff & is good at what it does, great UI, even greater customer svc, maybe the best amongst all SAAS. comes down to personal preferences really, splitting hairs..

I normally don't give reviews, but this extension blew me away so much that I was compelled to give it a 5 star. It's everything you're looking for in an email extension, and has a sleek no-nonsense interface that somehow still manages to give you an incredible amount of functionality. Don't hesitate to get it!!!!!

AWESOME tool! The best tool I've ever used for G Suite. Not only the tool is good, but their customer service is totally proactive and kind.

I use Gmelius to manage communication with dozens fo external contractors and freelancers. It's a super efficient way to keep track of individuals, tasks, and follow-ups. I was also extremely impressed with their customer service. They're quick to respond and very understanding of my needs. Big thumbs up!

Love Gmelius! After trying everything on the market, at least twice, I have finally found productivity nirvana. And great support if you ever need it.

I'm a grouchy old coot who likes software to work EXACTLY as I want. The new GMail didn't do that at first. I added extension after extension trying to find the perfect interface. I failed. Then I re-enabled an old friend, Gmelius. Didn't resolve everything, but it did add a few things I found compelling. Then I asked for some support to address the issues I'd tried to bring up with Google/Alphabet itself and didn't like the result. Florian, the GMelius developer spent the better part of a week going back and forth with me, examining my bulging list of active extensions and when his suggestions were acted on, suddenly GMail worked the way I wanted it to. Support like that is hard to find. If the software was only so-so, it would be still worth four stars. With that support AND productive software? A full five stars, wanting more. Compared to other GMail add-ons, the paying version of Gmelius seems pretty price competitive. It adds, amongst other things, Kanban boards directly to my email. There's other stuff, like templates and SmartSnooze and tracking. Whether you can use those features is up to you. But Kanban boards are something I THINK I should be using more of. Even though I'm a small one-man workshop. Check it out, the free version gives you a decent starter set of the features. And for those of you who have 'teams' to work with? I think you OWE it to yourself to look. And if you have any questions, you can be sure dedicated support is available.

Super helpful extension and very easy to use. Love the ease of scheduling and adding GIFs easily into the email.

The GMelius system is what should of been added to GMail many years ago! It's a great system allowing you to use proper templates for replies, timed emails, confirmations that someone has read or opened an email, sending of emails at a later date, creating a can-ban drag and drop system for managing workflow + a lot more... I find this tool invaluable on a day to day basis. Although Google have upgraded GMail with some features it has done nothing to enhance the creation and management of email templates. Their system is still very crude. GMelius have a system of easily creating and sharing templates, and being able to call up templates from the subject line makes using them so easy. There's not really anything bad to say about this system and should be added to everyone's GMail account - it will make you more productive and effective straight away.

Gmelius is the best Gmail extension by far, from various ones that I've tried over the years. And their fees are absolutely reasonable for their paid plans, and their custom support is unbelievable. I'm SO glad that I found this tool and it's changed how I manage my email completely now.

This extension is a life saver. I mainly use it to customise my mailbox (buttons, views, colour coded buttons and helps me identify attachment types. Been a happy customer for years and years and support is really quick and they also solve things :-)

Best extension for gmail by far, helped a lot in organizing my mail and using the snooze feature efficiently like no other extension does.

After testing of many CRM-Systems and productivity tools in sales and recruiting I came to the conclusion that less is more - in order to keep the overview. Gmelius provides the basic power tools to organize your daily work and tasks. I would like to have in the near future a feature to have related documents shortly at hand and track. I hope that many users will find out the same - it is just a great tool.

The ability to snooze Gmail messages is a HUGE help to my work flow. The support team has been great when I have had issues too!

I had Send Later app, then Boomerang and was looking for an affordable alternative and LUCKILY found Gmelius, I LOVE this extension. Not only allows scheduling emails but snoozing them and a unique dashboard to organize.

This is pure pleasure using this application, they seem to have figured it all out starting from pricing, through features to the design. Tracking email opening, returning unanswered emails to the inbox makes outreach so much easier.

Seemlessly integrated product. Easy to use and very intuitive for the most part.

Great app, use it everyday! I even purchased the premium because it was worth it, especially since IMHO it's the best "send emails later" app I've found & better priced as well. Though, the non-premium is surprisingly feature-rich as well which is why I even considered the paid version. I hate apps that advertise as "free" but give you nothing. This is not one of them.
