I just installed this and it feels like a miracle! I could not find any setting in Chrome or Windows that would let me change the color of visited links. Wish I had found this sooner. Thank you for making this!!! Now visited links are a totally different color, like they always were until recently. I thought that was a basic requirement for browsing and can't believe I had to add something so fundamental to the browser.
Simply Brilliant! I used it for a long time before realizing i could black list sites. This is really helpful for those sites that don't view that well with your colour selection. One of my favorite extensions. Thanks John! You made my life so much easier.
Thank you for this nice tool. Could you please add a option "apply to default link style only"? Sometimes websites use white text links with background (like a button) and that background can be the same as my selected color. Example of trouble: Original: red button with white text; With extension: red button with red text
Does not work at all for me in Chrome. Clicking color chooser dots does nothing. Entering a #... hex color does nothing.
It's simple, it does exactly what it's supposed to, and I'm very grateful for it!
This really saved me. A site I used all the time had light blue vs dark blue for links, drove me nuts. Red is a great color...
Have only used for an hour or so but so far, I like it, and added a color. I wish that when a color is in the list of colors that clicking on it would give you the hex value. Also note, that you can only add a hex color, so why is the # required to be in front of the hex color? (You get invalid hex if you don't put the # in front.) Like if the road bends to the left or right, ahead, they don't put up a sign that tells you that it's bending. (Unless it's a sharp dangerous curve on an unlit road.)
This is great, I always install it
Great, easy, lightweight app. Perfect for my needs.
Very simple to use and it seems to work on most of the sites I checked but NOT on Amazon. What's up with that? Thank You
I can't get this to work at all.
Great, but's not working properly on Quora. Help!
did not work at all in high contrast
DOES NOT WORK Attempt to modify colors - FAILS Following a link - LINK color DOES NOT CHANGE NO EPLAINTIONAN OF BLACKLISITNG AT
Works very well, but on a site like FanFiction.net, it didn't color the recently added arrow link. Not a big problem, just something to consider.
Love it! I wish there was a way to save our own custom colors into the window so it will always be there.
I just installed this and it is a no-brainer for those of us who are technologically uneducated. Super simple to use - no reading necessary. And it works!
Love this! Link Control works exactly as described without any junk. It does exactly what a want/need it to do with a simple interface. Great work! Thank you!
Almost perfect. It'd be really helpful to also be able to change the default link color as well. I have a very hard time reading the standard blue color on dark backgrounds.
Thank you. This is very easy, very simple to work with even for me who is technically challenged. Links seem to be different colors on different websites but that's not a problem, at least I can see what's been visited and what has not. Thank you !
Just installed! It seems very good! Yes! Especially because it show also links on other sites, not only on Google search.
Intuitive and unlike most of the other plugins designed to fix this issue, works exactly as described. Great job.
Simple and really helpful.
Finally, a simple extension for simply forcing the color of visited links! It's now nice to avoid the overkill of Stylus or Stylish for the same ability.
As a colorblind person, this helps me a lot!
