I'm a college student, and preview on Mac does not exactly offer me the ability to make annotations. I use annotations a lot like bookmarks, and I like to keep all my formulae and theorems organized and in one place, and this extension is great for adding the papers I need.
This extension is easy and straightforward. Works efficient and fast which saves my time!
BEST BEST BEST. Used it for the 30 days and I am a believer. Zotero is okay, but this 100x better!!! Smart, fast, intuitive, and doesn't flake like EndNote. Thank you to everyone who has been part of developing Kaleidoglobe, it has truly improved my efficiency research and writing projects by A LOT! Only wish that I would like to upload even more files to my projects: or maybe there is a paid version that has this, but it would be great to insert references from my library even from a website or a screen capture!!

Useful for my needs (document repository, making annotations, and searching to bring up said annotations when I need them.
I really like this extension, it saved me a lot of time! I usually would download papers to file folder on my computer and look up for the file later. With this cloud based reference management extension, the papers can be easily organized without mess up my computer. Wish there will be more functions coming.
The Chrome extension is not working properly. I used the same email and password that I log in the site to log in the extension, but it doesn't work. And the pain is that every time it would require me to retype the user name again.
I do a lot of business development and market research work, and I absolutely love this app! The extension is easy to use. Tried other reference managers before like Mendeley and Zotero but they always gave me sync problems. I could also never get around their interface without watching some Youtube tutorials. Note that the kaleidoglobe app is still in beta version and may carry bugs from time to time. The dev team is very responsive and quick to fix any reported problems though.
This is really convenient for adding documents to my projects on kaleidoglobe.
