Sounds too good to be true - it's NOT free (for very long!) & the amount of permissions you have to grant make you think - WHAT are they doing with them??? The vaguely ambiguous reassurances that your "information provided by you confidential and not passing it to any third parties except where necessary to fulfill requests that you have made for further information" does not justify the first AND third party cookies, web tracking and data collection that comes along with this "not very free" "excellent" extension!! SHAME it's such a con - by the sounds of most reviewers it's a brilliant piece of software - I just can't STAND people trying to fool you! :(

Very useful update. We are increasingly adopting Chrome as a platform standard so the ability to provide centralized support is very timely. Having an active thumbnail view of those new devices is a game changer for us.

NetSupport Manager is a great remote control tool. Version 12 has lots of new features that are very impressive. The Chrome support is a nice addition!

Great to see NetSupport Manager now has a Chrome client, Chrome devices are now coming into my organisation, so I can now support them as well.
I've been using NetSupport Manager to remote computers for over 10 years now. In that time the product has evolved beyond recognition. The platform support is second to none and the new features are a very welcome addition.

Have to say, the latest version of NetSupport Manager is really impressive. Loads of new features and enhancements. PIN connect is so well executed and geolocation invaluable for a dispersed network like ours. Chrome support is the icing on the cake! Well done guys.
