It just doesn't work. I've checked, double checked and tripple checked time and time again. Username is the same on all devices and the same on the website. Auth codes are unique to each device, and I attempted both manual entry and copy-paste. Nothing ever gets synced, across two different browsers and an instance of RiF on my tabled. EDIT: As it turns out, this is because it's just plain broken. synccit.user.js:540 Uncaught TypeError: resp.forEach is not a function at Synccit.markReadLinks (synccit.user.js:540) at XMLHttpRequest.oReq.onload (synccit.user.js:532) markReadLinks @ synccit.user.js:540 oReq.onload @ synccit.user.js:532 load (async) fetchReadLinks @ synccit.user.js:530 (anonymous) @ synccit.user.js:501 setTimeout (async) fetchReadLinks @ synccit.user.js:500 findAllLinks @ synccit.user.js:330 RedditLinks @ synccit.user.js:283 (anonymous) @ synccit.user.js:810
Works good for me. Thanks!
Doesn't sync already visited links, and doesn't work with the chrome plugin hoverzoom. You have to actually click on the link. Had some trouble getting it to work, but figured out that the username is case sensitive. In addition, I would prefer if it painted the links purple like the rest of my visited links instead of just fading the text
Works on all my devices except for my PC with chrome
It doesn't work on chrome.
Have loved this app. Looks like it was updated for HTTPS yesterday!
It works really well, but it doesn't work if I you have enabled secure connection on reddit, the login will not show, so just disable secure connection (security tab under preferences on reddit) and it will work. Enabling it back again will make it stop working.
I like it and it's working but I use the night theme from RES and it's hard to see the purple color. Is there a way to change the color to a custom color?
Can't get it to work with my Chrome 39 anymore...
No matter what I do, I can't seem to get the login to appear. No amount of browser restarts or extension reinstalls seem to fix that.
Version 5 works for about two days, then stops until I reinstall on all my devices. It has a lot of promise, but just doesn't work for me.
Latest version (3 at this time) breaks RES features and doesn't appear to sync between devices. I have disabled it for now.
Awesome, very handy if you spend a lot of time on reddit on more than one device. Seems like it was broken from August 5 to 13 (?). I emailed the dev and he fixed it within half an hour. So props for that! I tested the latest Chrome extension (version 3) with "Reddit is Fun" on Android on my phone and tablet, and everything works as advertised now.
The login on the reddit homepage doesn't appear. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension and it still doesn't show up.
Doesn't work for me anymore :(
Amazing when it worked. However, it has stopped syncing with android. boo.
Has completely stopped working for me. It was 5 star when it worked, now it's 2 because it doesn't.
This service has changed my life. Make sure to check out "Reddit Is Fun" for android, it has an option to use this service as a way of syncing across devices.
