Tiered of seeing that boring and dull shade of blue when ever you select text on a website? Well now you can change the color with only a few simple clicks How to use Download the extension Click the Enabled Box Select the colors you want easily with your computers default color picker Then click "save changes" and the color will change It's that simple Version 3.0 Bug fixes PS the code is really messy and poorly optimized as this is one of the first extensions I had ever written and I will do a complete rewrite of it when I get the chance for the next update. Hopefully 3.0 fixed an installation issue some users were facing but don't worry this poor state is only temporary and Version 4.0 should be much better so stay posted and I hope you like the extension :)

Does not work on newest Chrome version
I've been annoyed with Windows' colors for so long, I'm so happy I've finally found a solution for it! This is so cool and flexible; it fits so well with my themes :). My only suggestion (which isn't as important as the amazing function it does) is to improve the UI.
It doesn't actually work in Chrome Version 94.0.4606.81. When I perform a CTRL-F search, the standard orange color is still applied. Only when I hit escape to close the search box do I see the new color. And that color disappears as soon as I click anywhere on screen, which is not what happens when the CTRL-F search box is still open. So this doesn't come close to working as expected.
