This is a good extension except that it needs the ability to capture a scrollable fragment withing in a page. Nimbus has this.
Wow! I have used many video/screen recording tools over the years, but the Zoho team has written so much functionality into this extension - in such a short period - that I am beyond impressed. Each new version contains so many enhancements that it's hard to believe this is a free extension. IMHO, it should probably be part of Zoho One or priced as a commercial product. For anyone who is not familiar with Zoho, you should also check out their "other" 55 Enterprise apps that they have been developing for over 25 years. Great Company !!!
Is there any possible way to rename the screen recorder video name in Annotator ?
Love the tool... so many features and all for free. Other extensions ask for money just to record beyond 5 mins or put a dumb watermark to the exported photo or video. Superb!!! Highly Recommended. Keep up the good work Zoho team...
This is one of my favorite Chrome extensions of all time. Bravo, Zoho - keep up the good work.
I love this tool and it's so close to a 5 star! The only issue I have is when a webpage is less than full screen (split screen), the screenshot capture doesn't always show up or if it does, the editing menu on the side doesn't always show up. Other than that, another great app to the Zoho family!!!

Excellent integration with Zoho Cliq.
After the latest update, it doesn't let me download or copy after editing a local image. It keeps showing Preparing to copy... or Preparing to download... Kindly look into it and get it resolved.

if there are multiple sources for Mic and cam, then only the first source is selected no matter what, even if we select the correct source. Due to which i am unable to record anything properly . But i appretiate the effort good upgrade.
The new update looks great! Please include a 'GIF converter' in editor post screen recording. This will make the app my go to extension.

im not gonna use it because its not an actual exe program , im still using lightshot now speciallt they added the editting features to android and i can have all syncked , do the same
This was a 5-start extension until recently it stopped working. I now get a blank screen post capture.

Just an overall awesome tool. Favorite features: capture full page AND the annotating with little number bubbles. Simple & effective. Makes me look good.

I use zoho sprint and thought zoho capture would be seamless addition. But unfortunately all the zoho anotator is doing is just to post images to the sprint as backlogs. Am dissappointed that it cannot even locate already existing items in the sprint and post within those, it just create new backlog items. It is posting images and screenshots. And everytime i tried to , the screenshot were NOT displaying in zoho sprint, so what's the point of using the zoho ecosystem Also showing screenshots or images make it hard to track the items or know what it is . Each anotation should be displayed as a text content in zoho sprint so that it can be tracked . Just having an image named screenshot is not trackable. In other tools like slack and asana, zipboard, ringcentra; glip , their anotation tools will post the anotations as texts comments with image attachments which makes more sense, can be tracked etc. Why is zoho anotator not making the anotation text in the the extension.So what if other memebers in the team need to reply to the comment, how will that happen. There is no reply function. i might as well use just save the website as a pdf and anotate in acrobat and paste the link in sprint . it is still gives me a better ability for replies, collorboration etc. Not good enough, unfortunately I had to delete the extension

Great screen capture but I wish I could save the image to zoho Notebook - why did they miss that?
Zoho Annotator has many features that are easy to use. I also like how the developers are actively listening to constructive feedback and making changes to their product (adding features, etc...) Great job Zoho !

Extremely useful for annotating screenshots for use with Jira, the end result image can be copy-pasted into Jira, the capture process is simple, and the annotation tools are quick and easy to use, whilst looking distinct.
*** Update: Nov 3/2018 - Wow, they looked after this, and I appreciate it. 3 Stars changed to 5! For the life of me, I can't figure out why it can do a great arrow ....but... can't do a plain ol straight line. Would literally give it 5 stars over a straight line and the ability to change the thickness of the lines to something even thinner then the current choices (so I can continue to annotate stock charts). This would also allow me to use my Chomebook almost 100% of the time, right now I have to switch back to Windows to use Greenshot to annotate. Bonus points if I could embed a secondary image in (such as a second stock chart underneath or beside for comparative purposes). Please fix.
Finally! An easy simple quick... simple... easy photo annotator. If you've been using awesome screenshot and are sick of all the unnecessary buggy stuff those devs have crammed into what used to be a great app, then my friend look no further. This is the answer to replace awesome screenshot.

Lightshot is better - it uploads the image to the server for free and gives you a link. Also, I would suggest - have an option to copy the image to the clipboard with the link to the original page. That would be very handy for collecting screenshots from various places and linking back to them.
