This feature has to be on a Mobile app! I'm not using it untill they add to mobile.

Workona is amazing. I was looking for something to help me with tab management and this is that and way more. Once they launch tasks and notes on iOS I'm getting the Workona logo tattooed on my face.

For years I've been hogtied by the limitations of tabs while working within a browser's limitation. Along came WORKONA -- and suddenly everything has changed. My time is so much more efficient due to this brilliant "extension" -- not a powerful enough word --- WORKONA is a game changer.

The concept is simple yet brilliant, and its proven highly effective at keeping me organized. I use Workona Tasks as the "bridge" or "link" between my work-related tasks, which mainly live on Outlook, with my general, not-necessarily-work-related tasks that come up during the work day that I want to revisit on my own time. Having it all saved to Workona, which itself is synced to my Google Account, means I can access all my much-needed task reminders wherever I can use Google Chrome.

I've been using Workona for a few years. I've love the thoughtful updates over the years. My current role requires a lot of task-switching and having dedicated workspaces, with notes, tasks, and resources is so helpful. Keep it up, team!

It is a productivity tool that works with you and not against you. Unlike any other tools in its category, it's snappy, has a beautiful UI, and instead of distracting you with layers to make tasks and notes, it empowers you to gain control of the tabs, spreadsheets, and app overload. I think they should start using the tagline, "productivity workflow turbo booster." You can harness tabs into "workspaces" or as "resources" to the "workspace." You can save anything on the web as a "task" or "note" (including email) to these "workspaces"; it's genius!

Honestly, if you are someone that works out of a browser, like I do, Workona is essential. Being about to group tabs as workspaces, save them as resources, keep notes per workspace, and create tasks is incredible. It does exactly what I need it to do.

This is the first time I've had a productivity tool that has matched how my brain works. Most productivity tools insist on making you focus, which doesn't mesh well with my ADD/Constant context switching. This tool enables me to manage many different areas of focus by minimize the penalty for context switching.

I have been using Workona for a couple years and I love the neer change options and the base program. It helps me organize my active programs and courses in tabs that are easy to fnd hen I am ready to use them.

Frankly i don't remember what it like to work and use a browser without workona, is that good. This is a great tool to work and keep your browser a productive thing and not a distrative factor

I have been working professionally from 6 years and throughout this time I had used almost every todo list present out there to make my work easier. Finally the search has ended on Workona. I absolutely love this product and it contains everything that I ever needed from a todo list. Great work team! You have earned yourself a lifetime user.

Find it very helpful in grouping tabs by subject matter, like for work, music, news, etc

Love Workona! It's become part of my daily workflow. I can't live without it now. Helps me easily group my different tabs by project which is my favorite feature. Also like that I can create tasks right in my browser for those same projects. Honestly, don't know how I worked without it.

Great tool to enhance productivity when dealing with multiple tasks and items parallel. Things that I love: - Inbuilt task manager - Focused assignment specific workspaces - Simplistic product interface without cluttering with too much info

Workona + Tasks = Super Productivity Workona enables me to group all of my docs, notes, and necessary websites (URLs) into one workspace. As tasks come up, I can create a task in whatever workspace I am in (I have about 20), and then see that task wherever I go. Nothing falls thru the crack now.

The extension is very handy. It helps to keep me on task and helps me not forget things I would otherwise. I love it's simplicity.

This became an essential tool for my work. Incredibly well though. After trying a thousands overcomplicated tools this although is meant to organize tabs, became my project manager.

So well-designed that it is about the only tab and task management software that I've ever been able to seamlessly integrate into my workflow. And they keep adding new useful functions. Will happily pay for Workona when they get there.

Better than most I've tried, I was looking for more of a simple to do list that I could divide by days and prioritize myself. The tab feature is amazing. Great product that I've already been recommending.

Very nicely put together piece of software. It's robust and lean. It does what I need and, equally importantly, doesn't do what I don't need.

Wish I could give double the stars! I produce 4 different podcasts, each with several episodes being worked on at once. Before I'd lose so much time switching between projects because I had to re-open a bunch of tabs (or keep them all open and risk a meltdown). Now I easily switch between tasks, without the other stuff I was doing cluttering my browser & mind. Please never take this extension away!

I have been using this extention for a while and tbh its one of those things that ppl like me need bc of how unorganised and forgetful I am. It also gets rid of those pesky times when u open about 100 tabs together (uhm looking at you dad). Thats just workona for you, the tasks function allows you to add tasks and manage them easily, for ppl who are lazy like me :D

Really like this extension and Workona in general! I would like maybe having the option to sort tasks by due date instead of by workspace (like being able to toggle how it's sorted) but otherwise really useful!

I love how I could make any tab a task itself no matter what tab I'm on. I also love how I could just immediately add or remove tasks without having to go to my Workona tab. It's really great how I can add tasks to certain workspaces but also be able to see them altogether. I really love the new Workona update in general.
