Lets me play clubpenguin legacy. I love it.

This extension is great! But I just wanted to note that it does seem to trigger manual Cloudflare verification on websites when enabled. I'm not sure on the root cause, but I've had trouble on multiple sites where I get stuck in a verification loop until I disable it.

A pretty good Adobe Flash emulator that's still in active development.

Breaks XML file formatting in Chrome. Had to turn off my extensions one by one to figure out why it was happening.

This is absolutely Baltic, i cant play ,me too on the old CBeebies website as well as the i can cook game, cheers, kids are crying now, wont be using this service again. Karen

Ruffle works, but some of the old zuma games don,t run right in ruffle.

This is an amazing Chrome extension that allows users to play flash games, and I think this would be cool as the new flash player! I look forward to actionscript 1-3 to be fully completed!

doesn't work with every single flash game or movie, but the fact there is a team working to allow you to do this (for free) is a huge blessing. There's no alternative to this, so this deserves an easy 5 star.

It doesn't work all the time until they fix all the things that aren't working or at least most of them ruffle doesn't deserve more than a 1 or 2 star rating TBH.

Thank you Ruffle for bringing back flash to the web! Adobe discontinued flash in 2020 which bring disappointment to the whole world and because of you, I recommend this extension for people who need to run flash on the web. I installed this extension and wanted to play one of my favorite childhood games Papa's Pizzeria and it worked perfectly after installing Ruffle. Note: Most of the flash content work perfectly but some fail to run.

The plugin works as intended as I used the site ultrasounds that tests to confirm if your Flash Player works, but unfortunately the extension does not work for Faceyourmanga avatar creator. I need ActionScript 3 to run the flash game, which others have pointed out for their review for their tests. If ActionScript 3 can be implemented, I would reinstall the plugin to use.

This extension has definitely improved the last time I saw it. I mean look at the progress of AVM 1 and 2! The first is almost complete. It will only be a couple of months or maybe years before we finally complete it. As for the extension, very user friendly and you won't even think about it.

It does alright for an extension even if it can't run most of the later flash content made. Pretty much anthing made after 2009 won't work, but some functionality is better than none.

I know I may sound like a broken record, but I do hope you make Ruffle compatible with Actionscript 3. Once you are successful with doing that, I'd be more than happy to upgrade my rating to 3 stars. I am trying to play the Papa's games online and they happen to be ran in Actionscript 3.

Despite every games after mid 2006 doesn't supported with Ruffle yet, it's still a great way to play flash games prior to mid 2006. Now I can play all of my favorite games in sites like Newgrounds, Friv, Coolmath Games, etc. When they finished on ActionScript 1 and 2 in the near future, they will do ActionScript 3.

Seems good, but I would enjoy it more if you could make it easier to play Action Script 3 games

I love it, despite some games not suported as of 2022. this is a good flash alternavtive. I can't wait for more to see :D

it doesnt work with FRIV :( (use FRIV.legend if ya have found a good adobe flash player and u wanna play FRIV)

It is a good emulator, however it does not support ActionCcript 3 so i cant do things like GoAnimate.Please soon, bring ActionScript 3!

There's definitely potential but all the script3 stuff sadly doesn't work I tested it on other flash games and it seemed to work just fine on those, with only minor lag and occasional glitching. But a quick refresh and clearing the cookies helped every time. Might also have to do with my PC or internet as well but I have yet to figure that out. Hopefully this emulator will be able to catch up and be in proper order soon!

Didn't work for the few games I tried with on Kongregate (Kingdom Rush, Bloons etc). But looking forward to seeing support for them come out.

Needs work for compatibility, but I'll be patient & take the updates as they come. I'm having issues getting these to work on Archive.org & early 2000s Japanese websites. I'll keep checking as it's updated & adjust the review accordingly. Now if I could just find an extension that plays Midis in the browser.

I kind of don't understand all of the reviews, but I guess it's good enough just needs some work on websites and all of that. Honestly, I will rate this 5 stars because they were the official ones to do this unlike all of the copy cats

Ruffle should be a good extension for Chrome to get Flash Player back but in reality it has alot of reliability problems where sometimes it randomly decides not to work, and sometimes even when it does work some content is blocked from running

it didn't work for me while trying to play doom, but the official website page, https://ruffle.rs/ looks very professional and i trust it unfortunately i have to remove it because it wouldn't work for the one game i installed it for i hope it works for you guys!

Very cool and might be our saviour for the fallen hero Flash. Only problem is the Actionscript. Looking forward to Actionscript 3.

Best thing I've seen in the chrome web store in a long long time. This brings back flash for things made with ActionScript 1 and 2 (pre 2006ish) with astonishing accuracy!

Seems to work quite fine on most of the educational Flash content I ask me students to access.

While it did make some games start up they're stuck in a never ending loading screen. This extension is not recommended if you really want to play Gaia Online. All I wanted was to be able to play Gaia Online stuff because what they have for Flash didn't work for me.

For some reason, i thought Ruffle was fine at first when i first used it since it was running faster on certain Flash websites, but sadly for the newer update it doesn't really work that well since it's very slow to load and it kept saying "Adobe Flash Player is no longer supported" which makes me feel so unfortunate, and it doesn't even happen that way, saying that Ruffle doesn't support Flash anymore is all lies, please fix this on a new update please? thank you. (plus, i'm not blaming on Ruffle, i blame how slow the Flash content is responding.)

A few of the old games I used to play (the most reminiscent one being cat ninja Tyrone's unblocked games) are yet to be supported by Ruffle. However, I'm still very grateful for this project and I'm excited to see where Ruffle goes.

Nice as this OFFICIAL extension was, what I TRULY want is a sophisticated, advanced, and dynamic experience. This build might be enough for many, but likely not for me. (Mainly because of H.263 or even H.264 video embed not present in it.) i know it improves over time and the build here are both fine and capable of having a lot of AVM1, but we have to remember: this is STILL a small project. If you want simply old SWFs working, jolly good for you. EVERYONE looking the latest, greatest, and most feature-filled can go download the extension's better and more powerful builds at ruffle.rs. OH! And before I forget, please contribute however you can! Give it code, donate to it, or even download builds of all Ruffle's version for ANY need, NED!!, you may possibly have! I shall instead go for tonight's build. That gives a lot of progress made since this July! This most certainly will benefit for build updates, but don't expect any for this anyone soon. And you can all understand why: GOOGLE'S POLICIES ARE HAMSTRING IT ALL! Want an official extension? Go to Edge Addons and search "Ruffle"! There, just select the top one, uploaded by henbrk. Build is Oct. 11, 2021. Will certainly be better than THIS version! Clearly is an official build. This one is alright. The one in Edge Addons and Ruffle's official builds section are FAR BETTER!!!!!!!

I tried this on miniplay when trying to play strike force heroes 2 but it didn't work. Anyone know how to fix or tell me what to do in order to work. I rated this 5 stars, because it worked for other people. I haven't experienced ruffle yet entirely, so, i'm not familiar with the instructions and stuff.

Come on guys, don't give this project a 1-star just because "it didn't work for my game". We're lucky to have such a project AT ALL. Flash is a huge set of APIs and protocols and there's a lot to implement, particularly so for a free and opensource project. There's over one thousand open issues on Github right now for Christ's sake. If you've taken a look on ruffle.rs you would know that it is still very much a work in progress. So have some patience and give the developers some words of encouragement. Or better yet, go contribute directly to the codebase if you can.

This is a great emulator to bring back a lot of nostalgia. One specific request though. There's this game called "Super Mario Bros. Crossover" and its a fan game. Please consider making ruffle compatible with it! But other than that one specific complaint, it's a great job! Please continue updating it

Amazing project! Doesn't yet work on all flash animations/games (especially ASv3) but they're actively working on compatibility, and ASv1 and ASv2 compatibility is almost fully complete.

I honestly like Ruffle because it actually works on various flash games, which I truly enjoy. I hope they can also do something for Naruto Online as well, because it does work but the extension is still currently under development. That website game is literally my childhood, so I hope they can finish their development in time and keep up the good work because this extension works so well :D

Thanks for the incredible work of the Ruffle team, all my old Flash games are now working flawlessly at 60fps, fullscreen and even on Android and iOS! Flash is dead, long live Ruffle ❤️

This extension works smoothly for most ActionScript 1 and 2 games. A few bugs occurred here and there that weren't in the original Flash versions (some game-crashing, some minor), but overall, the experience was worth my time! However, all ActionScript 3 games I tried to play ended up with a blank screen or an endless loop. Good thing they add a warning message for most of that content to avoid confusion!

it works good as long as dont try to play AS3 games because do not work so play games pre 208 and some newer games find.
