Works great. I use this to read comics and manga on my laptop. I can just flip the pages 90 degrees and read the pages more easily. Thank you :)

Seems to only work on some sites, most it does not

It does flip elements, but if you highlight something and right click it, it deselects the text. Right clicking also causes a blue dotted outline and it can mess up a webpage. This hasn't been updated since 2012 and I doubt the issue is going to be fixed. If anyone knows of a better extension, post it here please

it works however as mentioned in another comment it causes problems with right clicking forming a blue dotted box around selection causing you to have to select text twice (at a minimum) with right click then choosing copy. For those that copy & paste a lot this will drive you insane. Apparently this extension has been last updated in 2012 so would assume it has been abandoned unless the developer hasn't been notified of any problems to correct. This would be great if the dev could fix this issue asap. Would re-review and rate accordingly provided an updated version.

Very useful for me while doing technical analysis of stock charts. Many thanks to the developers for making this extension.

I'm pretty sure I would have had a full mental breakdown if I didn't discover this.

Broken

Couldn't get it to do anything at all. Fiddled with all of the settings and options I could find, tried various sites, nada.

At first I thought it didn't work, but the tab I needed it for didn't allow it. I'll use another extension.

Great for flipping picture references for art without having to download - perf so far!

Took a little setting up to work as expected, but otherwise did exactly what I wanted. I rarely encounter videos that require this, but now I have the tool for the job.

Either something's wrong with my computer or the program is just slow but it won't work! I keep clicking the 'Flip horizontally' button but it doesn't do anything

doesnt work for youtube. The page rotates but then you are able to see only half the page/video and you cant move up and down the page to see the full video.

Would love for it to work with Google Photos in Slideshow mode.

In my last review I said it worked but wish it worked on other sites as well. However, I didn't realize this app doesn't work in Full Screen Mode for youtube or any other site. It does work on other sites though so that's a plus. Can developers plz fix this please? It would be 5 stars if you can make it full screen. But now it's only 3 stars.

Works. I believe it has a bug though: This extension adds a blue-dotted border to selected HTML elements.

It gets the job done, however it breaks some websites in the process, and just makes them act buggy all around. Example: https://www.jstree.com/plugins/ > Contextmenu plugin > Right click on node name and it breaks. Right click on node icon and it works. Disable the extension, then you can right click the node anywhere (including the name) and it works properly. I also disabled the highlight option, but it still messes with the HTML elements and adds its own (which is probably the root cause of all of this). As a web developer, this is quite annoying.

Great extension when it works. All the features work except they work in a random manner irrespective of the option chosen.

Giving it a 5 because it done exactly what i wanted. Was trying to watch a video that was uploaded reversed and:install flip this; refresh page; right click on icon; choose horizontal flip and..boom i can read the words and people don't look weird anymore. Cheers!

As others said, it causes the blue dotted outline to appear on HTML elements when right-click. More annoyingly, when I select a text and right-click it, the extension causes deselection of the text. So, I have to select the text again.

Extremely buggy. Worked the first few times, but after a few times, stopped responding to actions and had multiple graphical errors, such as this one: https://i.imgur.com/xzTWBlz.png

Works great except when rotated +90 or -90, the top/bottom of the page is cut off on the left side of the screen EDIT Uninstalling because this blue dotted line has been appearing around anything I left click on while on any site while using Chrome. While it is there, if I use the spellcheck function or hit backspace, the message field disappears. I tried fixing the issue by disabling extensions and narrowed it down to Flip This being the cause

Greyed out icon in extension bar/can't be clicked on. Taking the long way around; went to options and selected 'Flip Y', then went to site of image I wanted to flip, but flipping wasn't a given option when right-clicking the graphic.

Doesn't work with windows 10 Chrome

only flips 180 and now i cant go full sceen on video players and now i cant dlelte it

Excellent!! Was struggling to read a very long online pdf of a book that was scanned sideways, but this rotated the whole thing 90 degrees and solved everything!

Useless. Icon grayed out and nonfunctional on Chrome.

It worked kinda well, but that 'Flip Script Injected' message in the console was annoying af.

right after installation, I refreshed the page I wanted to flip, and was then able to use the button to flip the page. Not 5 stars because it doesn't flip videos when they go full screen (not sure if that's even possible with a chrome extension).

This extensions allows me to rotate the view of the current tab by 90 or 180 degrees and additionally generate a vertical or horizontal mirror image. Very good. Thank you.

Often moves the rotated screen up so that I can't see the top half or scroll up to see it.

Can't flip youtube, wgucg was the purpose of me downloading. It does work on other things, but that's not enough for me.

I like the idea but the horizontal flip is still buggy. It needs to be fixed. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Removed it after it randomly used large amounts of memory and a huge chunk of CPU power. Without me actually using it.

Works ok. Occasionally erratic choices on which directions it can rotate, plus often rotates images off the page. With a little more consistency on selecting elements to rotate, and making sure rotated images and things stay on screen, this could be better.

Did not work with periscope videos (distorted rotated videos on Y-axis)

Okay, revised my review after solving the problem with Chrome. It works fine. The crash was not related to this plug in, it was just coincidentally crashing when this plugin was enabled.

A real good solution to view images and texts and also for reading while on bed BUT rated 3 because every now and while its icon goes grey and it stops working. Remove this bug please.

Searched way too long for something like this! I use it for drawing when I don't bother saving the image on my machine :)

Love it! hence the 5 stars however, some small issues, it doesn't flip and even as i speak the flipping button is grey and unoperable for some reason.. I use it to flip dances so i can learn them SUPER useful for people that like learning dances from the videos like me :P

this is awesome thanks! but for some sites chrome doesnt work so smoothly for me where firefox stays stable, is there anything like this for Firefox? If not, then please consider porting this, it would be a hit IM SURE!

There is only one thing I don't like about it is... if you are watching a video and go full screen it doesn't stay flipped
