SERP overlay/sorting on google search results doesn't seem to work. Toolbar does though.

It says 0 backlinks to some of the articles in my website. It's not possible, google webmasters shows the article was linked to few websites in " All linked pages" section. If it works like this, how I am gonna trust this toolbar for making decisions?
