This product has totally changed my productivity. It's helped my clients have a timeline to know what's happening with their real estate transaction. And because I have it synced with my Google Calendar it keeps my various transactions and all the important deadlines all in view---keeping me organized as well.
This is the BEST way to keep my clients on track! I get compliments from the agents and other people involved in the transaction on how easy it is and how impressive it looks. I set the templates up in advance and BOOM, I am done with new transactions in 2 minutes with the updated info for each offer. LOVE this!!! NEVER go away, I will cry!!!
I was charged for an annual plan that I didn't want and they make it impossible to speak with a live person. If you can the number provided it's automated and they say they don't monitor the message and you have to send an email. They also don't provide an option to remove your credit card information. The billing practices are very deceptive and predatory.
This is a great program that helps me keep track of multiple agents transactions. I couldn't do half of what I need to do as a Transaction Coordinator without it.

I like the filing capabilities.. my biggest and more consistent issues are that the system automatically deletes folders that I'm currently working on and automatically adds folders that I have zero relation too. Why are you constantly deleting my existing folders??
Folio is the best real estate contract management program out there, and I've tried many. It's easy to set up initially, and very easy to use afterwards. It is particular helpful in setting up critical dates within the contract, so that you don't miss any deadlines, which could potentially cost you or your client $$$. Highly recommend! This is a must for agents who are juggling multiple contracts at once, or for transaction coordinators managing multiple projects.

As a Realtor I've been using Amitree for some time now, and I've loved it! One small feature I particulary like is saving emails from a transaction into a pdf file, with one click. My state requires I submit a pdf to my file, and that's saved me hours of time and effort. The entire program is user-friendly and the staff is engaged, helpful and very friendly. Its a pleasure to work with them. Amitree adds so much time-saving ease and organization to my transactions. I can highly recommend it!
This business is all about adhering to timelines and meeting deadlines. This tool is a total life-saver at helping me keep on track of all of them, as well as setting expectations for my clients what the deadlines are. I love how I can share the timelines, customize the timelines, add them to my calendar, receive email and calendar reminders. This tool is also great for helping me stay in compliance by keeping my documents organized by transaction and giving me a a way to store them later when the deal is closed.
It only allows dates based on acceptance or closing dates. What about dates that aren't based on acceptance or closing? For instance, a seller has so many days to elect to cure after receipt of notice of defect. Having to calculate number of days before closing that date would equal is cumbersome and doesn't retain the logic of the event for templating out how the date is contractually calculated. You can't even put a fixed date without specifying days before or after acceptance/closing. Seriously, if this program has been around for 15 years and they haven't fixed this limitation, it makes my wonder if the product is continually improving or the developers have moved on.

I am a Realtor and always have multiple transactions going with many many emails to categorize. Don't know how I did it before using FOLIO.. it is a lifesaver. And the only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I have not fully explored it and probably could do even so much more with it. Once I have, I am sure I will give it 5 stars. Great product and worth the price!
I really love Folio, it is one amazing organizational addition to your email. I love how I can put all parties involved in the transaction, it automatically tags my emails for me. It puts all the important deadlines in my calendar and I have the option of including anyone in the transaction with those same dates. I have actually had my clients tell me how nice it is to be reminded of upcoming deadlines. It helps keep everyone on the same page. I have the paid version and think it is worth every penny.
I can highly recommend this product to keep me and my clients organized and informed. You add your sale or listing, add the dates contract items are due with reminders. Then add clients and vendors you want to have access (ie:Lender, Title Co) -SHARE!! Anytime an action item is needed to be completed all parties get notification. I'm a transaction coordinator and I've used a lot of tech tools in real estate, but this one is hands down the most valuable of all. Saves me tons of time and makes me look like a pro. And it's easy for clients, too.
This program really helps me with my transactions. I work with over 15 realtors so I deal with a lot of closing and this program is amazing. It calendars all my contingency and follow ups and keeps all my emails organized. I would be lost if I didn't have this program. This is a life savor for all my closing. I would give it a 10 star!!!

I too used it for all my transactions, then they froze my account and now brought it back with no mention of fees. That was why I quit last time. Honesty is the most important thing to me. Tell me the price first. If I can afford it, I need to know before I spend 30 reading and signing up.
I have been using Folio for about 6 months and so far I am finding it very useful. The busier I get the more useful it becomes! I love the 'smart' folders, it saves a lot of time. Timelines are great as well. I do have a wish list for the developers, please allow personal branding so we can make the visuals even more professional looking, and I would like to see some more options in the template layout and design. Otherwise, it's great app and a great idea for our industry.
I love the Folio file organizer. It really is user friendly and keeps all my files organized. The visual is great and like how the information timeline pops up on the side when I am emailing my clients!
Folio is the bomb! I am a virtual TC closing many transactions a month and it helps me look and work more professional than ever! My agents & other parties on the transaction love it too because they access the timeline anytime & receive email reminders on their tasks. Milestones are easily kept on track & communication is improved since everyone receives an email automatically if a date changes. Plus, once a transaction is closed, a pdf may be created of all the emails in the transaction for Broker's records. I recommend Folio to every Agent & TC -- No matter the amount of transactions. It helps keep everything humming along!
As a real estate admin and TC, I cannot say enough good things about Folio. It has helped me tremendously, especially with keeping up with tasks (that nifty calendar feature comes in really handy). The shared timeline gives client a visual of where we are at in the transaction and what else to expect. Really find this very useful and like how easy it is to see the dates and deadlines for everything. I do wish that we could print the timeline to use as a quick reference, when not logged in the computer.

I love this! It keeps everyone updated with transaction details. Your folders are automatically created and you can create templates to accommodate different timelines (i.e., 60,45,20 and 15 day escrows).

My Transaction Coordinator turned me on to this time saving tool. Once I saw the power of the organizational capabilities, its ability to automatically collect emails and put them into a file, the communication via the timeline of events, and the one button gathering of all the emails after the transaction is complete - enabling me to meet the brokers requirements to store all communication, I was hooked. This software is well worth the money.

I love this tool for the most part. I give it 4 stars as sometimes it blocks the email and there is no way to close it. I have to scroll back and forth to read the email when it takes up a large portion of the screen. Otherwise, great tool

AWESOME. this app works with Google calendar and pops all my relevant dates into my calendar automatically. Being able to share the timeline and details on the buying/selling process with my clients is an added layer in addition to keeping an updated provider/contractor list right in front of the clients. It saves me time and makes me money and the BEST Part is how impressed my clients are with the service level they receive. Looking forward to updates that let you change the timelines and apply it to active files. Also, need a solution for files that fall out of contract and need to be made active again.

This is a great extension to help keep everyone organized. I used to manually count the deadline days but now I just put in the days and it's right on my calendar and then it sends handy email reminders. Just one of the many features I love. You have to have this extension when doing a transaction.

Very easy to use system. Keeps you on track and keeps everyone involved on track with notifications of upcoming deadlines. Also automatically attaches any corresponding email regarding the transaction incoming or out-going and puts them into a file. Excellent system! I now make my Transaction Coordinators use this system on every Escrow.
As an admin, I am all about organization and calendar management. Folio/Amitree has been a huge help to me with this, and it also allows me to set up automatic updates for clients, which saves time. Highly recommended for everyone in real estate.

Folio is very easy and intuitive to use. Greatly reduces communications to high maintenance clients. Organizes your emails perfectly. Also the download to pdf of transaction emails is so easy. Considerably shortens your record keeping time.
I am a realtor/broker and have used this extension for 2 months. It is great! If you are an agent, you need to try this. It takes a bit of effort to set up but well worth it. My clients are amazed at how this timeline app makes the contract to close process so understandable. Really, give it a try. I think you will like it!

It is a Godsend. It keeps everyone informed at once and makes my life much easier. My clients love it and when we are done it can send me a pdf of all communications to download into a file. Doesn't kill trees! Love it!

I'm an assistant for two agents. I needed some assistance understanding how to keep them separate. Customer service was awesome! The CSR was very patient guiding me through the process, which took a few days. Our broker has a document/task management system, but Folio is much more user friendly. Can't wait to see what's next.

This is a fantastic tool. What I like most, is it is on my main screen and with one click to see important dates in a transaction, but also easy access to file attachments. I use gmail not outlook so I can easily access from any of my computers when logged into gmail. Easy to use and helpful to clients too!
As a technology trainer for a real estate company in south Florida, I was looking for something that would facilitate tracking critical dates and organizing the electronic documents in a transaction! Folio not only does this, but notifies the buyer, seller, and other parties to the deal so they know what is happening. I think this is the best thing to happen for the real estate industry!
