Hey is it just me or recently this extension is kind of broken? Lately its not downloading all the attachment. For example, sometimes it downloads 2/5 files and the the rest of the 3 files I have to download them manually.

I'm frustrated that Gmail doesn't have an option for downloading all attachments from an email like Outlook does. With Outlook, when I received an email from someone who was sending me multiple documents at once, I could download all of them into the same folder all at the same time. With Gmail you have to do them all individually or download as a zip, which works but adds an extra step of unzipping. This extension works, sort of. It doesn't do exactly what Outlook does, but provides a faster work-around. This extension will automatically open a separate download window for each document, so you can browse and save. However, it opens the same file location for each document - so if you need to click to find your file, you will have to click for each document. The work-around for that is to download the first document individually and save to the file location you need. Then, click the this extension and that file location will automatically open for each one and you can quickly click "save" on each of the download windows that pop up. As I said, definitely not the same as Outlook, but I still find this faster than the built-in options that Gmail provides, especially if you have a bunch of attachments to download.

Fails to download photos that have added to an email from a Mac OS. Downloaded 4 photo's the old fashioned way from the MAC email then sent the same Photos to myself using WIN 10 Gmail. This time the download worked using this extensionn, sort of. I have my Chrome browser setup to ask me where to save any attachment I download. So when I used the extension in question to download multiple photos, it popped up a save window for each one. This seem unnecessary, also the extension failed to remember where I downloaded the previous photo so each time I had to select the target folder start over from "My Documents". Too bad this extension has so many issues. Gmail really needs a reliable way to download all the attachments from an email independent of the mail source (WIN vs MAC) and to a designated folder once for all downloads If these issues are fixed. let me know and I will change my rating.

For me, this works on GMAIL, but only if I ensure I'm on google.com (not my default of .co.uk). I normally use Google's INBOX on the web; here I'm not able to use the extension at all. I'll keep the extension - it's useful to clean up emails from taking too much Drive storage, by downloading the attachments and deleting the original email. Five stars if it works on inbox, and if it could also convert embedded pictures to attachments. Is that too much magic?

Good side: This extension provide you with a button to download all attachement at one click. But: seems Gmail already had this function. Bad side: I am looking for an extension which allow you to download multiple files into a chosen folder (not the default download folder... ). Each time after click download there should be a window to let you choose which folder you would like to download into.

Works great. There are numerous posts here about it not working. I suspect those users are just confused. This only works for "attachments", not pictures embedded in a mail message. Attachments will show at the bottom of a mail message in a section labelled Attachments. If the pictures are embedded, you can download them all fairly quickly by opening the first photo, click download, click next, click download, click next, etc. until down. You don't have to go back to the mail message for each photo.

Installed in latest version of Chrome, neither button is working. I have well over 100 pictures to download so I would really like this to work, thanks.

Exact same problem as stated above: The button appears and allows you to click on it, but nothing happens. Nothing is downloaded anywhere. Uninstalled. Waste of time. Running Win 10 and Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit)

Doesn't seem to work. Opened an email with 9 pictures attached. Clicked on the new Save button, but nothing happened. No message, no pictures, nothing added to my download folder OR to my Google Drive. Uninstalled
