How do I use it? I added it to my windows Chrome but I am unable to use it. When I click on it nothing happens.

This is a welcome fix for TTS on Chromebook. It adds a US English Female voice compatible with the speechSynthesis API and older chrome.tts extension. Unlike the Chrome browser's bundled Google voices, this voice fully supports the TTS speech events. It may be exactly the same engine as the older "US English Female Text-to-speech" extension, but this one puts itself at the beginning of the voice list, which helps Chromebooks automatically select it over the bundled voices.
I wasn't able to use the "Google US English" voice on Chromium -- until I added this addon. Works great with Checker Plus for Gmail!
I find no documentation on how to use this, and no way to contact the developer for further information. I will upgrade the rating if someone will tell me how to make this extension talk to me.
